Service and selection is outstanding. One of the nicest indoor gun ranges I've been to.

I brought my step son here for some shooting. It was great! Lots of rentals to choice from. Would definitely recommend.

This establishment is open, modern and has a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. An amazing selection of everything firearm!

Place is nice, gun counter is good and knowledgeable but the gun range is dumb. So many dumb rules, not any place for real shooting.

While in Midland, Texas on business, I decided this would be the perfect time to learn how to use a firearm. This was my first time coming in contact with a gun, much less, shooting one. I googled, and found an indoor range. I was impressed with Ally Outdoor from the start. A friend joined me & we had the BEST time. We had THE very best range instructor, Jayvn. He explained everything, he was patient, and so helpful with getting us acquainted with the firearm, and me feel safe & comfortable holding my firearm. Ally used to be my favorite gun shop in Midland. They have a gun smith that does good work at a reasonable cost. Their sales commission for selling a firearm is 10%, where many local shops charge 15%. I never used the indoor range as I prefer an outdoor range. I stopped shopping here when they stopped carrying reloading supplies. I usually bought primers and powder, which were very reasonable priced. Since I now have to buy these supplies online, it's just easier to buy everything that way. Can't comment on the cafe, I don't visit gun shops to eat. read more

The people there are nice and knowledgeable. Awesome layout of the store. The store has a 25 and a 100 yard range alongwithgunsforrent. It has a lot of guns for sale and a sandwich shop. What else can you ask for. read more

The indoor gun range is outstanding compared to others around the state. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Service is fast and efficient. I paid for a private lesson that was worth the time and money. It seems a lot of the fun range staff are former military. Wednesday is ladies' day - free lane fee. read more

This place is amazing. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great pricing on lanes and firearms. Gr at selection in rental firearms as well. Best indoor range and fun shop around in my opinion. Standard lane for pistols is $30/hour They have 100 yd range and a tactical range for rifles as well. During my hour the staff and customers(other shooters) actively swept up the brass so we weren't stepping on It, very clean. This review is ONLY about the Café: I have eaten here in the past and was hoping it would be a much needed alternative in Midland however they are clearly overwhelmed. Today they disclaimed while ordering that there was a 30-35 minute wait. However, an hour later, no food. After 70 minutes, I told the cashier that I was going to have to leave and couldn't wait any longer. She was apologetic but didn't offer a refund. Two hours after fulfilling my work obligation, I went back and they explained that the sandwich I had ordered earlier was no longer available. Options in Midland are so scarce that I doubt they will have to do anything to change because there aren't many other places to go. read more

Food here is amazing, and lots of eye candy to look at afterward. Typically good customer service but took one star away bc they're supposed to be open til 4- we showed up at 330 and they told us they'd already shut everything down- they couldn't make us anything. I ordered a cup of coffee and it was STONE cold. I asked if they could even nuke it for me- they said no sorry- no microwave. If you actually close at 330 you shouldn't post that you close at 4. Otherwise love this place read more

My husband and attended the beginner gun class on January 5, 2019, that Isaac Urias was teaching. The class was very informative for a beginner and was a good refresher course for my husband. Isaac made it fun and enjoyable learning the best way to shoot a gun. While out on the range Isaac made time to work with every student. I have not been shooting very long but I came away from this course with some new techniques that now I must work on. As a woman this is a great place to come learn how to use a gun. I dropped off a rifle here on 9/22 to have a little work done on it. I know wrong time of the year to get something in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Stopped by a few times just to check on the progress was always told they had been busy and had not had a chance to get to it. Went by yesterday 10/31 and was told again they had had a lot of scopes to mount and still had not been able to get to it maybe next week. I decided to pick up my rifle today and see about taking it someplace else. I completely understand having lines and waiting but when I drop something off for work to be done on it I figure I have a place in that line. I did purchase and have mounted at Alley the scope that is on the rifle. I have also purchased ammo and a few other things at this location. It's a great looking building and the staff has always been helpful if I needed anything or had questions. Just am disappointed in waiting 6 weeks and they not having time to even look at a rifle I dropped off. read more
