He kept telling me how nice it looked, and how he thought it wasn't very dirty. He was in and out of the house very quickly, and we had two sets of stairs, and several rooms to clean. The carpet didn't look much better when he was done, and two months later, it looks much worse that if we hadn't had them "cleaned" at all. I was hoping the "zero residue" would prevent this, but it turns out the only difference is that they use purified water. We are going to have to hire another company to come in and clean properly just to get the carpet to look as good as it did before Zerorez came out to "clean" it.

This was my first time hiring cleaners, so I'm willing to accept my inexperience as part of the difficulty. The initial communication was good - quick response, good price, clear outline of what they could do for my apartment move-out clean, availability on the day I requested. I did have to reach back out a couple days in advance to get the time. The cleaners showed up on time and were very nice, though spoke hardly any English. They did not know what I was wanting to them to do, which seems like something their boss should have told them before coming over. Thankfully between Google Translate and some hand gestures, we got on the same page. The actual service provided was as good as I was expecting - the apartment I lived in was cheap and kind of gross to start out with, so I really was just looking to save myself some time and effort, not a pristine miracle. The ladies provided that and I am happy with the actual work done. I was not given information in advance for how payment would be handled, and the language barrier made it a little difficult. I was expecting an online payment link, venmo, square app, etc but found out at the very last minute that they wanted cash only, which was super awkward and inconvenient to say the least. 11/12 Update- The owner of The company came out and re-cleaned our main floor living room and…read morestairs. It took him under an hour to complete. It looks much better than the first cleaning. Between him and the lovely lady who called after this review was originally posted I would say they are a good quality company. Kenny was just a poor representation of the company. I will reiterate they were cost friendly. Original review- Hands down would not recommend this company especially if Kenny shows up at your door. I decided to use this service for the first time because they were reasonable on price. However Kenny the technician was over an hour an 10 minutes late for the initial show time frame. Then in addition to that he took over 5 hours to complete 3 rooms and a stair case. The guy appeared to be on some sort of drug. He claimed he was being thorough and talked the company up extensively. However the truth is he left several marks on our walls with his equipment being knocked around in addition to putting tiny holes through it in some places. In addition to that he went into rooms we asked him to stay out of looking for God knows what. The carpet was also left with some stiffness and a film which we were told wouldn't happen with the chemicals they used. Save yourself the hassle of having your whole day taken up and additional damage done to your house and choose another service.
