Buyer Beware!!! Important lesson learned....always take the car to have it independently inspected. DO NOT trust their supposed 150+ point inspection. Unfortunately within 2 months of our purchase we are now faced with over $3k in repairs. Check engine light came on within first 3 days due to a faulty purge valve. Rear brakes were between 2-3mm (2mm is safety minimum). Front end struts are blown out. Improperly plugged tire. It took them a month and a half to get the car registered. I could go on for more repairs we haven't addressed yet (no spare tire, no jack stand, had to special order key to open sunroof, automatic sunroof doesn't work). Unfortunately we live out of state so I couldn't just return the car to them. Contacted the dealership as well and got no response. Thought this was a respected shop...apparently not. read more

Bought a small truck. the keys dont work in the doors. Only the key fob. Struts were chewed up and leaking. The sliding back window is stuck. No spare tire. Transfer case was advertised as working , that didn't work right when pulling off the lot, as our gravel road was covered with snow and tried to engage 4 wheel. The owner had no empathy. Steer clear of this place. We bought a 2018 jeep less than 6 months ago and we've had nothing but problems with it. We've brought it in 5 times for the same issue and it still isn't fixed. And when we call to say the issue still persists you would think they would tell us to bring it in right away but no we have to wait another 6 weeks. I have been, unfortunately, having many car issues - mostly electrical - as well as I have a fancy crazy warranty. To my surprise (cause dealers have a reputation for being overpriced and horrible to deal with), the service department has been nothing but amazing! - my car gets serviced and back to me in a day (depending on the issue) - when the same issue kept happening, they were equally as frustrated and worked with my crazy work schedule - they have been honest about costs and what to fix, when (for example, waiting a month between big-ticket items to help lessen the sting on my paycheck) I highly recommend them, wish I lived closer and/or other dealerships could take a lesson from their great customer service. Jill and her team, esp Matt (a salesman) are some of the kindest, most caring, generous, and accommodating folks you will ever meet. They have cared for my mother-in-law like no ones business, going over the top with extra service. They also don't play 'car sales' junk. They put out fair prices, take care of their customers, and provide excellent quality with amazingly friendly service. I feel like I'm part of the family there. These guys are awful! I dropped my Jeep off 13 days ago for an oil change, tire rotation and to check on a possible transmission issue. It was a Wednesday morning. They said they were pretty busy and may be able to get it checked out by the end of the week but it would most likely be the following Monday. No problem I said. Hadn't heard from them by the next Wednesday (one week) so I called and was told that they hadn't gotten to it yet because they were busy. I was a little annoyed but I understood. She said they should be able to get to it by Friday but it may be the following Monday again. Soooo again, another week later (two weeks) I called again because the apparently can't call you and am told...guess what they told me...we haven't gotten to it yet and most likely won't be able to get to it until next week. I reminded them that they'd had my vehicle for 2 weeks and this was the same story I was told when I dropped it off and when I called a week ago. "I don't know what to tell you but you can come get it if you want" was the answer. No apology, no "we'll get right on it" or anything resembling concern that a customer wasn't happy after two weeks without a vehicle that they'd said they would be able to look at 9 days before. Should've checked the reviews before I took it there. I have used them before but this will definitely be the last time. If you have a choice go somewhere else or plan on being treated like a number and know that they do not care about you. read more

They have lousy service, lazy parts replacers instead of mechanics, they tell you as little as possible and they're overpriced, ive brought my dodge ram there for service different times and have never come away satisfied yet, maybe its because its a dodge I don't know but every time I bring my truck there something else is wrong with it.
