very bad experance.? would give a - 5 if they had it…read more never thought zbout it till years later seeing what others get from better law firms for a lot less pain and time. car accident 20 years ago or so. girl from pa. ran a stop sign, t boned me almost flipping my van. dr. recommended him. probably a $ $ kick back. thousands of $$ in doctor bills. had 2 depositions. at end he said they offered $ 30 k . and stated we should take because he though thats as high as they would go. of $ 30 , he got 10 he also said they would be responsible for future dr bills. i settled and had to pay all my dr bills from my 20 k. left me with about $ 5k . 2 years later went back to get them to pay follow up back problems which he said they would, now saying ( i never said they would cover future dr bills related.) so, for a few hours of paper work his staff did. and 2 hours of depositions he got $10k my time and pain still to this day 2026 i got $5k mayb.? be carful of attorneys. had a devorce lawer promised me alot and got nothing, afterwards stating i never said that.! get things in writing. hood never wanted to go to court , just paper work and settle for easy money. i gave 1 star because thats lowest but would have given him a -5 ! never though how bad he was till years later seeing what others got for way less with the bigger tv lawyers.

When I contacted Levinson Axelrod I explained to them that I would not need a lawyer to prove my injuries and lost wages would far exceed that amount and they agreed and told me they would do everything they could and go after him personally since he and his wife just inherited a small fortune. Within a month or so all my liar did was try to convince me to take the settlement of my under insured policy. I declined for about 3 years until I finally caved in, do to loosing the home I built from the ground up and wasn't able to work in the business and trade that I started working in since 1978. All Levinson Axelrod did was miss lead me and take $83,333.3333 for probably doing about a weeks worth of work making a few phone calls and a few pages of paper work. THANKS FOR NOTHING. Was taking forever to negotiate a settlement with insurance company. Finally, I fired him & sought representation at another firm which not only settled the case in a timely fashion but also got an award 7 times what Tobias was suggesting.
