While YouTube can be a great resource, there are definitely some things that only come with experience and knowing the tricks of the trade. Christian (Epic Plumber) quickly identified what needed to be done, installed the new faucet correctly, and even verified the repair by using the access panel behind the tub to ensure there were absolutely no leaks inside the wall. That extra step gave me real peace of mind that the job was done right the first time. He was professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. One thing I especially appreciated was that he put on boot covers before coming inside. I don't allow outside shoes on the upstairs carpet, and without me even having to ask, he took the initiative to protect my home. It's becoming harder to find contractors who genuinely care about doing quality work and treating a customer's home with respect. Epic exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

The other plumbers had said they were going to need to cut holes in the wall to try and find the leak. We so appreciate the fact that Knights was honest and transparent with us and let us know the best course of action for us would be to call on the leak detection experts saving us time, headaches, and money. I specifically asked about any extra charges since one of my neighbor bad experience from them in the past. She said No extra charges, just parts and labor. I got invoice for $225 an hour, $425 for control box instead of $350 (same exact item number) plus extra $98 misc and additonal $30 fuel charge. Total $940. (For a less then $500 job.) I called and asked about this sudden change and I was been answered very rudely, that the person who quoted you prices didnot know, that this is a business. She gave you residencial prices. She said I am the office manager and I know better. (Despite the service call was for business with business name and address).
