We called Coastal to come service our old well pump, they told us the pump was old and needed to be…read morereplaced. We were not prepared for the cost of a new pump. Coastal not only installed the new pump in a timely manner, they also allowed us to write them a post dated check for payment. Fast forward about 7 months, at midnight one evening the pump stopped working, we called and left a message on their company phone asking them to call us in the morning to come and service the new pump. The next morning we awoke to find our water was working again, so we called to cancel the appt and to our surprise the receptionist said the guys had already been out and had fixed the pump while we were asleep! This is small town customer service at its finest.

Ballard Wells dug a well for my neighbor 1 1/2 miles from my house. Our property is split, so anyone going to my neighbors have to drive right by my house. A phone call to the company was pretty much useless as I was told I must have used them in the past (they have no record of me ever using them.) We will be putting a lock on our well house. They drilled our well 20 years ago. Did a good job…read more We called for service a few times because the pump kept running. They charged for repairs but never fixed the problem. The top end of the well needed to be rebuilt, which they should have known from inspection. Because the top end of the well was malfunctioning the pump ran all the time until it burnt out.
