The spa, pool and saunas were very clean and great. My only critiques were the wifi was slow and the TV in my room was rather old and had limited channels. Our 4th floor had two big windows-that open for better pics and to absorb the sights and sound of the moderately busy street and the rushing river. And the breakfast buffet was excellent- pretty, tasty and the hotel folks running the place were very friendly and helpful. All in all - I would highly recommended Hotel Mondschein!

We had the Versace Business Suite 2, and it's quite uniquely decorated with marble furniture and patterned carpets and curtains. The room itself is super cute, but the huge draw back is the A/C pretty much blows cool air. We have had it running for about 12 hours and it essentially is just circulating stale air. Keeping the windows open can be a bit loud with the traffic outside and the nearby bars. Thank goodness it's Spring time here, so we were able to keep the windows closed for most of the night! In the morning, the view is gorgeous and the air is crisp!

The rooms aren't super modern, but have all the facilities you need, and free WiFi is offered throughout the property. The shower leaked a lot of water onto the floor of the bathroom (which didn't have its own drain) which was a problem. There is no A/C but you can open the windows, and it was possible to turn the heat down on the heaters to have a comfortable sleep at night. Room rate includes access to the sauna/spa area which has various hot/cold showers, a good sauna, turkish bath, spa, and relaxation area, with ample towels. We also had breakfast included which was a good selection of cereals, hot food (very buttery eggs.. hmm), fruits, meats and breads. The hotel is a short walk from the town center, which I found convenient enough even though it was raining at times. Neighborhood is quiet so you can leave your windows open without street noise, however there is a church across the road so you may be woken by the bells in the morning. Good value, would stay again.
