Almighty has already come, conquered & left! They were recommended by SEVERAL of my neighbors on a community website (Nextdoor.com). Those pesky roaches did NOT like what he was spraying at all! Outside, it was GREAT seeing them all start to run for the hills!!! I have to say that as far as the service goes, Bailey who answered my call was just as friendly as could be. She got me on the schedule for the same day, (today!) & double checked on whether it was safe to spray this stuff with a newborn around. Even though the chemical manufacturer states that it is, they recommended that we hold off a little longer to spray the inside, just in case. I APPRECIATE that kind of care! The young man that came to do the work was VERY polite, professional, clean & very thorough. He even went around & mopped all the cob webs on parts of the house & out patio furniture! (I've never had anyone do that before. So ALMIGHTY Termite / exterminators gets the official "Mr. Sunshine" stamp of approval! (I don't really have a stamp of approval. But you get what I mean! Integrity. If I were told to describe Almighty's Termite and Pest Control with one word, it would be Integrity. Thankfully, I don't just have to use one word. Brandon is the most pleasant and honest professional services business owner I have had to pleasure of doing business with. He takes the time to listen to his customers and shares with them knowledge he's attained from professional training, licensing, and years in the business. I admit that I didn't feel I needed his services when he first approached me about taking care of any pest control problems I might have. He was courteous and said he would be happy to help if I changed my mind. Several months later, I changed my mind... He came over right away, treated my house the same way he would treat his and gave me a warranty. He taught me about best practices on how to avoid pest problems and pointers on how to recognize potential infestations. He went above and beyond and treated places I never would have expected, but explained that if pests can't live close to or around my home, they can't live in my home. Brandon has worked for several pest control companies over the years, and has seen how some of the companies use less quality products to save money.
