I hired Johnny's termites to help me get rid of my termites I had until 5/2028 and within the first two years they've had to come back about eight times. And of course I got them back again where they didn't treat around the area of the whole house so they picked a new spot. And it is a really weird tunnel this time. And I let Johnny know and I'm still praying that he'll refund me my money. He said in November 2025 that he'd be sending my refund back to me and I haven't received it and I've been trying to call. The voicemail is always full. I'm just praying Johnny's termites is an honorable company and does refund me my money .. And I thought that a trench was supposed to be dug around the house. And they only scrape the top surface and then put the liquid in the very first time. read more

Friendly decently fast service. Affordable! Offers a ten year warranty which we have used three times in three years. I am surrounded by neighbors with termites so we will have a really rough time keeping them at bay but if and when we see them, the Johnny guys come out and treat what they can. I don't know if a termite service that doesn't up charge with service fees but we paid one price at the beginning. We are paying for that service warranty and seems worth it. My neighbor and I decided to get the treatment and each of us got $5 off or something like that 3. The spray worked almost instantly. We stopped seeing ants Cons They mentioned we have a 30 day warranty. After a couple of weeks, I observed ants in one of our bathrooms consecutively for 3 days. That's when I called them. They said, they would charge me in full. When I mentioned about the warranty, the owner (or front office) mentioned it's almost 30 days, so we would charge you in full. I told them 30 day doesn't mean 25 days. He then said, he would give like 15-20% discount. I told him that I have no problem paying in full had he given only 1 week or 2 week warranty. He finally said, he would send someone that week for another spray. No one ever showed up. read more

Don't know why they got 3-stars but it is only based on 2 reviewers. With multiple searches and comparisons, I ended up with Jonny Termite in terms of the best offer with 5 years warranty at $500. They did full treatment not only exterior but also spot foam interior wherever needed. The only thing is their paper works were kind of confused but Johnny fixed them quickly. I will keep watch how termite is controlled in the future and keep it updated. So far, I think it is the best deal in town. read more

Miguel, the technician who did my service, is both personable and professional, he obviously loves his work, patiently answered all my questions and was happy to explain everything to me, and showed me exactly what he had done before leaving.
