I purchased a used XBOX 360 console, used games and two controllers from this place many years ago. The price of the whole package deal was fair. I was able to browse the store for awhile and would have purchased other electronics as well but wanted the XBOX 360.. The gentleman that sold me the console assured me while it was used, it was tested and works properly. The original labels from Microsoft were split at the markings where the case would separate from the unit, which means the casing at least once was opened. This unit was heavily used my myself and family for several years without ever having any issues along the way I'll have you know it was purely due to overuse that SEVERAL YEARS later after I got my tested unit from Almir Co unfortunately my machine suffered red ring of death? That's just how it is in the gaming community, consoles reach their life expectancies. Those games and controllers work to this day though. It is not Almir's fault the XBOX doesn't work anymore.... If you have Apple products please I repeat DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. Terrible Apple service. Also everything apple they they supposedly "fix" your apple product is not saying the parts that they added was not an apple product and your devices will go down hill from there. Screens randomly glitching and restarting. I mean while you have the gps on and the product was fixed allegedly that same day. Don't waist your time just go to Apple. Also after having them touch and mess up your Apple products. Apple will not take your product for trade in or anything because their making your phone int an android of some sort. read more

Fast, efficient and inexpensive repair for my iPhone screen! Dropped it off and picked it up less than 1 hour later. They even added a screen protector for free. The shop is nice...looks like a good place to find new, used and refurbished phones, apple watches and laptops too. I called to ask for an IPhone screen repair. They told me I could bring it in immediately and have someone fix it while I wait, if there is no one else in front of me. I went and they told me it would be done in 35 minutes. 15 minutes later, and it was finished. I will definitely return again if needed. read more

Rating this for one service only: Brought in a 9 mont old iPhone 7 Plus with a cracked screen, and these guys replaced it perfectly in 12 minutes. No joke: 12 minutes. Here's what you need to know: 1. Call first to secure an appointment. The tech who does phone screen replacement is not always on staff. 2. No credit cards: cash only. So check their price list ahead of time & hit the atm before your appointment. Super convenient & wayyyy easier than a trip back to the iStore. Update: I broke the damn screen again, went back to Almir again - and they blew the appointment time & kept me there almost 2 hours. Sigh. read more

My wife went to fix her phone here cause the screen was cracked. They were very fast and they had the best prices around. A 6s repair was only $60, which is much cheaper than most places. It took just over 10 minutes. Cash-only place. Overall a good option for all your cellphone repairs. read more

I bought a portable battery pack from here and had it for 2 weeks until the connector for the charging port snapped off while plugging it in. It was still under warranty so i decided to take it back. They refused to return the item because it was physical damage that voided the warranty. They acted like it was my fault that the port fell out...but in reality it was bad product. Afterward i said to them that i basically bought a 30 dollar paperweight...they shrugged and said...pretty much... I encourage anyone that is thinking about purchasing anything from this store to double reconsider. They will find anyway to void the warranty even if iy is not your fault. read more

Usually, I don't give reviews because I'm just not that kind of person (not saying it's a bad thing to give reviews. They are very helpful. I just never have the time to do so.), but I made sure I had time for this one... My iPhone screen shattered. Instead of going to the place I usually go (the Lehigh Valley Mall fixers), I decided to go here simply for the fact that it is $20 cheaper, but that was a mistake. They fixed my screen and it was working perfectly (except for the fact that they lost a piece to my home screen button in which I told them "no problem" about (my button was wiggly and the touch screen wasn't working, but I was satisfied with the fact that my phone screen was fixed). The next morning, my entire phone screen wasn't working. I was also concerned because at random times, my volume button goes up and down notches without being touched. I went back that evening and told them what was going on with my phone and they said they would have a look at it. I purposely put a sticker on the screen (in a specific spot as well) to see if they'd actually "have a look at it". They didn't. I confronted them about it and said it must be something with the IPhone's motherboard because they had tried different screens. They did not. The cashier person asked if I had brought money with me and requested I buy a new iPhone from them (I obviously didn't). I asked for my receipt back, the cashier refused... I went to Apple a day later and they told me all the things they told me weren't true. The issue was with how they "fixed" my phone. All in all, they gave me a horrible time and now I'm probably going to have to buy a new iPhone because the whole phone would cost more than the phone to get everything fixed. Thanks, Almir Co.
