I told her that I was interested in the LG wireless headphones, but told her that I was just in town for that day and wasn't sure if I wanted to purchase them or not. She actually took down my address just in case I decided to purchase them. A few days later I told her that I did, in fact, want to purchase them. So she went out of her way and above and beyond and mailed me the LG headphones! After a few days, she called me to make sure that I received them and that they were working! Went in on the 21st of October to get my Galaxy Note 4 screen repaired, I spoke to a tech named Kevin, the process was fairly painless, they took some basic info, took my phone gave me a quote and said to come back in 45 minutes. I came back and the phone wasn't done yet, I wasn't super thrilled about the extra 15 minute wait, but they threw me a discount for the inconvenience, so at least they took responsibility and took care of me. All-in-all the reps were very friendly and fair and the repair seems to be high quality as it is still holding up well with no hiccups a week later. 7.5-8/10 I would recommend these guys, the accountability they take for their work and timeline is what sold me. read more

My friend, who claimed to be a cell phone expert told me that my four year old Galaxy S-4 was "shot" and told me I needed a new phone. I took it to FIX Mobile, where they had replaced my phone's broken charging port two years ago. The man there spent quite a bit of time checking my phone and he said my problem was a bad Li-ion battery. So He replaced the battery, tested the phone again and even put it back into my shock/drop resistant case and only charged me for the battery. All his work was free! Wow! BEST CELL PHONE REPAIR SHOP IN THE LEHIGH VALLEY! the staff at Palmer Mall has provided me wIth a lot of information on how to preserve battery life, protect my device physically, and I have since cancelled my insurance through T-Mobile.. with FIX Mobile in my town there is no need for insurance. I have yet to come across a problem they can't fix! Specifically Allison has taken time to help me learn about WiFi vs using data, conserve my battery, and fixed my demolished S3 to brand new condition so I won't need to get a new phone since I'm so used to my S3. Great service and unbeatable speed. My iPhone battery had swollen and the screen was starting to push off. So I went to the Apple Store. They said they could replace my phone (since it was out of warranty) for a price and would need a week or so to get the replacement in. Then we went to AT&T they said They didn't have any better options. So we found Fix Mobile and stopped by to see how much it would cost. I was able to walk right up and receive personal attention from Allison (she was very knowledgeable and super friendly). This mid-mall shop does excellent computer repairs, and has someone on-site to evaluate phones, tablets and other personal devices regarding repairs, and protection. Prices are very fair, and service is fast. I have bought screen protectors, had iPad repairs, had a phone screen replaced, and bought cell phone cases. Definitely I'd recommend their services.
