This is a cute, boutique hotel. Very modern with a "loft" vibe to the rooms, hence the name. It is close restaurants and the freeway. The bed is definitely firm. The only downside is the heavy perfume smell as you enter and the heavily perfumed toiletries. Otherwise, I'd recommend staying here.

Hidden Gem! New, with a young feel and modern. Great splash pool! Everywhere smells powder fresh. It feels like a studio apartment. Clean. Comfortable. Great internet. Stumbled upon this place. Definitely coming back! Great service from Larry and the night crew! 24 hr food place directly in front with excellent food and gaming if that's your thing. Walking distance.

On a recent visit to the Henderson area, we spent one night here - which was enough - after which we switched to another local hotel. I will divide my review in "Pros" and "Cons." The "Pros": The hotel is conveniently located in the Henderson area, not far off the 15, on a main road with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. If you visiting family or have business in Henderson or Green Valley Ranch, this is a good location. It's also probably about 20 minutes off the Las Vegas Strip - so not too far. The hotel is relatively new, so you're not going to find anything dated or in need of repair or replacement as you might in an older hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. The lobby is large and comfortable with little booth niches where you can sit and get some work done if you want to get out of your room. There's a pool table and a small area where you can purchase snacks. The hotel has a small swimming pool, if that's on your list of "must haves" - it wasn't on ours. The "Cons": The room was small and cramped. With the two beds, a tiny table with some corner seating, and a small nightstand, and a luggage stand - there was little room to put anything and certainly no room to get any work done comfortably. It's not a room you're going to want to spend much time in. The room is so poorly designed, you have to ask "what were they thinking??" Refer to the attached photos. For example: The bathroom area is on the other side of a glass partition behind the beds, with opening at the top - so even that partition is not closed off. What this means is that if you are with anyone else and they happen to need the restroom in the middle of the night, the light is going to illuminate the entire room. The sink is directly behind the beds. You're gonna hear that running water. The sink is tiny and has to be the shallowest sink I have ever encountered, probably no more than a couple of inches in depth, meaning it's difficult to use without splashing. The A/C unit is optioned directly opposite and close to the beds, so if you have it going at night, you're going to have cold air blowing directly on you. There is no restaurant at this property and breakfast is not provided. There was a table with coffee set up in the morning and snacks available for purchase. Bottom line - this a limited service hotel. It is new and "trendy" as far as outside design and lobby decor. Though conveniently located to the Henderson area and not far from the strip, I would not stay here again due to the small, cramped room and the super poor design of the open bathroom right behind the beds separated only by a glass partition and no door, except a pocket door on the toilet. There are too many other lodging options in the area to be as uncomfortable as we were for the one night. The Residence Inn down the road a bit where we spent the remainder of this particular visit has large comfortable rooms and offers a complimentary breakfast. And the bathroom area has a door!

Heroes the cocktail- savory for sure!

Bright, clean and modern. If you like these things this is your place. It feels happy to walk into this lobby. Not your standard hotel. Every time I stay at an A loft the bar is great

I booked a room last minute for a quick staycation & Freddie at the front desk made this stay so wonderful. He was extremely kind & made me feel so welcomed. His customer service, the beautiful room & amenities absolutely swept us off of our feet. They even had drybar shampoo, conditioner & shower gel? Love!!! I love that there are designated areas for the doggies too! We will definitely come again. Thank you, Aloft Henderson!

This is another brand new hotel that's pretty close to Green Valley Ranch. As soon as you walk in the lobby, I think you can tell they have accomplished everything they wanted to show of their Aloft brand. Stylish, chic, and trendy are all words you can use. Even throw in Contemporary. CHECK IN: The front desk guy didn't seem to know how to multi task, so anyone in line waited until his long phone conversation was done before anything else was started- ok whatever. I got my key and that's all that matters. I was not given any info about the hotel or amenities upon check in. ROOM: The room was 21st century and newfangled. They seemed to make good use of a compact space. My only gripe is that there wasn't adequate seating (just a tiny seat that i wouldn't classify as a couch which would be awkward for 2 people to sit on). For you tech people there was no shortage of outlets which was nice. The room layout was unorthodox, but unorthodox can be good. If you are looking for a closet, it is non existent. I only got 1 complementary bottle of water, so i suppose they wanted us to fight amongst ourselves over it, or flip a coin....*shrug*. POOL: Again they made something special out of a tiny area, pool was adequate and the surroundings were nice.....except for the grey concrete wall around it. They put color changing lights in it but my god...a coat of bright blue paint or something over the concrete wall would have made it look that much better. WXYZ BAR: The handmade garnished drinks were a work of art. Tasty too. I thought the drinks were worth the price. The food i had however, needed work....and a lot of it. The burger and sandwich my party ordered were less than appealing. I won't go into any more detail about it as i was later refunded by the property Manager and the issue is resolved as far as I'm concerned. SERVICE: The level of service does not match the brand, very robotic interactions from the Top all the way down. Un-Marriott-like for sure. They nickel and dime you all the way too, a whopping $50 early check in for ANYTHING before 3pm. The vast majority of hotels let you come in after 1pm without ANY charge, not this place. Also local calls are 25 cents.....REALLY? Also very Un-Marriott-like. I saw no free breakfast, coffee (except in the room) or......anything really. This place is probably a one and done for me.

(To be clear, this review is for the bar and lounge area. ) If you are looking for a great cocktail bar in your neighborhood and want to be pleasantly surprised at what you'll find, this is it. I went in here when it opened and had a blast! Things to highlight: - Really good cocktails - Very cool bar - Lots of fun things to do there (pool table, jenga, etc) - All sorts of fun, Vegas themed things that commemorate and pay homage to Las Vegas I had the boombox cocktail and the Seattle Sound which were excellent. I found out that they actually press their own fresh juices here and even use their own dehydrator for fruit garnishes. My bartender was Jake (ask for him!) who really knows his stuff and is a super chill guy. While I had my drinks, I noticed that the lights above the bar create a really interesting iridescent effect on the bar top and glassware that had me mesmerized and added to the ambiance. While I had my drinks, I played some pool (which was free to play), some jenga and hung out in the many spots in the lounge, taking in all the cool design and art. I gotta say, if you're in the Henderson area and happen to be by Eastern and St. Rose, you should absolutely stop by for a drink and hangout. I could actually see this being a great hidden spot or if you want to do something different for a date, this could be a really cool first date spot as well. Thanks again Jake (and Christina the other bartender ;) ) and the rest of the staff there were also really nice and inviting. P.S: the pics I took really don't do justice

It was nice & very clean. Industrial type feel. King bed room with a view but a small room. It had a small nice size swimming pool & pool tables in the front lobby. Nice shower with a light inside. Nice soft cushy pillows.

We didn't use the pool, fitness center, order food...the parking was free.

This is the first time staying here and I am really pleased!…read more The staff at check in and valet are super friendly! The lobby is gorgeous. Lots of Raiders memorabilia. ( I'm a fan....so ) but wait!... the scent as you walk in, very slightly there, and I can't even name it, but it's PERFECT. We got a room facing the strip for the night lights, however the sunrise was the real show stopper. There are some really comfy chairs to sit right at the floor to ceiling window to take it all in ... or you can see it from the comfort of your bed. What was missing was a coffee maker and robes in the room. I like to have a cup when I wake up. We are not big gamblers, more people watchers, so we walked through the casino. I did not notice one cocktail waitress on the floor. Is this a new thing? A few ( and only a few) people had drinks. The bathroom is spacious and has all the things!!! I love a tub in a hotel and this tub is the perfect size and angle to lay your head back for the ultimate soak. There is a tv screen in the mirror for your morning news or music videos.... Or a window shade that can go up or down for privacy or to look directly through the room out to that view I mentioned. Ahhh. If you come, be sure to visit baby cakes ( they're in house sweets shop- conveniently located on your way to the elevators ) for gelato or ultimate baked deliciousness or coffee drinks omg it's dangerous.... Overall, a lovely hotel off the strip ( but close enough) at a great price. We will return!

I went to M for a concert and was greatly disappointed in the whole experience…read more I understand that M is not entirely responsible for every aspect of the concert experience but there are a few things worth mentioning. I'll start with the parking and the way traffic was directed. For this specific concert it was very confusing, and the lack of signage did not help. Getting out of the parking garage was the most difficult and it took about 30 minutes. Also, when the concert was announced online, there was no mention that it would be held at the pool. So this concert was held by the pool in 107° weather and it was not fun at all. I could be wrong about this, but the band only played 1 hour 20 minutes and I think it's because it was so darn hot. And I was not happy about this at all. If I was overheating being in the audience, I can't even imagine how much hotter it was up on stage with the lights, smoke, leather pants... lol. So in the future, if there is a concert held at the M I would make sure to research and make sure that it's not at the pool in summer. So basically, I paid $175 per ticket to go see a band at the pool totally not worth it especially since they only played less than two hours. For those who wanna know I saw Stone Temple Pilots and unfortunately it was not worth my time or money. After this experience, not only will I probably never go to the M resort to see a concert, but I also will never again go and see Stone Temple Pilots. If you're gonna pay almost $200 per ticket and spend three hours of your time preparing and driving there you gotta at least give me two hours of your time for it to be worth what you're charging. The other thing I want to mention is the security guards and customer service staff weren't very efficient in crowd control. People were just gathering right in front of us who paid $175 for their tickets and it took about 30 minutes to get all these clowns out of the way so the rest of us could enjoy the concert. In my personal opinion this might've been one of the worst concerts I've ever been to and it really left a bad taste in my mouth concerning STP. Sadly I believe STP died the day the original front man died. RIP Scott Weiland. You are greatly missed.

The woman at the front desk with the "cat ears" on did not even say hello or greet me other than, "I need your credit card." She earned ZERO stars for customer service. There's a real table for eating at, which I really appreciate, and a separate sink outside the bathroom (although there's only soap for the in-bathroom sink). Overall, the space is roomy and comfortable. There's a tub, too! The downsides are as follows: 1. The hotel is supposed to be nonsmoking, but the lobby and hallways smell like cigarette smoke mixed with cleaning agents. 2. The hotel is "pet friendly," and staff was nonchalant about my concerns about my severe pet allergies. At least the floors are some kind of wood and not carpet (although that led to other problems). 3. The parking situation is kinda terrible. There's no temporary spot for loading/unloading/checking in, and most spots are a bit of a trek. 4. The wooden floor is dirty. I showered but now my feet are filthy. 5. The mattresses lack support and sag when I sit or lay down. And, finally, 6. My toddler fell out of bed and hit her head on the hard wooden floor. She has a massive goose egg. We're currently seeking medical care (which is why I'm writing this review in the middle of the night).

Contacted hotel night before asking for a high room floor. It's in my profile to be away from…read moreelevator. I was put on the 2nd floor, 26 steps from the elevator and in a high traffic zone just above the hotel front door. (See photo) When I checked in, there was 1/4 parking spaces full so I know my request could have been accommodated. Let's start with the cons: At 730 pm, an intermittent booming sound that accompanied a strong, hard vibration in the room started. It lasted till about 11 pm and started again at 445 am. I thought I was above the gym and someone was dropping weights. I contacted the front desk about it and all he could say was it was likely other guests starting their day. That answer didn't make sense being that this room was located above the staff room behind the front desk and it keeps coming from the same spot in the room so no, it's not guests starting their day. I don't care what's causing it, that sound/vibration not ok! I called from the room phone and he had to ask what room I was in. There is a sign on the table lamp nightstand to use plugs on bed frame. The plug for the outlet on the bed-frame wasn't even plugged in. Motorcycles were allowed to park on either side of the lobby door. That was also loud. There is only 1 elevator so you wait awhile for it to come and even longer if the cleaners are going to each floor with linens/cleaning carts. The banging and room vibrating is my highest complaint here. Most of these hotel put in cheap Kleenex but these were the worst of all. They were easily compared to sandpaper. For the price I paid, my high status with H.I. as well as a simple request of a room that was then loud with the hard vibration was inexcusable. Obviously this was a quick, cheap build with no soundproofing built in. Pros: comfortable bed, excellent water pressure and near immediate hot water, clean room, decent breakfast with various options. Staff was nice. Air conditioning very good. There are lots of other hotel options around so i would choose a different one if i came back to this area. My rate for a roof over my head at a high price 1 out of 5. Having to add insult to injury. Went out to pack my car and the lawn guy blowing dust all over my newly washed car then hotel key didn't work and staff had to let me in even after getting a brand new key. Very irritating hotel!

Day 1- check in was smooth and young lady at the front desk was super polite! Puts me on the top floor upon my request. A/C in the room isn't working and TV won't show cable channels. Not a big deal because I had just got a text asking me how my check in was. I reply with "A/C needs to be looked at tomorrow and cable tv not working, please fix while I'm out of my room." Day 2- Early morning text asking how's my stay is? I reply "good so far, please don't forget about A/C and cable tv not working." They ensure me it will be looked at. When I get home from work, A/C and cable TV still not working. I call front desk and ask them IF it was even looked at...the reply with "we have no record of any issues." Eventually Maintnenace shows up and gets both issues take care of. That evening when I come back to the front entrance, the young lady working the front desk when I left for dinner is out front with 2 of her friends...they are smoking weed (not illegal here, just a bad image for the hotel). Day 3- I've returned to my room and realized, that my trash can is still full from my first night? No house keeping has been performed. I ended up taking out my own trash, I'm not above that but didn't sign anything saying "no house keeping." Day 4- return home from work. Still no house keeping and I don't think the A/C is working again. I am checking out tomorrow. For what my company is paying for my room, they are getting ripped off. There is also construction going on at the hotel so half of the entrance is tore up and I don't think the elevator has been cleaned since I've checked in. I wouldn't stay here again.
