I tend to spot here whenever go to the junkyard. Why? Because it has one of the cheapest breakfast in town, if you before 11am. I'm not sure if it weekend only though. I came on a Sunday and it was fairly packed, so I sat at the bar. It has a small town vibe and the decor was like a 50s diner. I ordered the country fried chicken. My waitress was very attentive and friendly. Always filling up my water. I found she was from North Michigan. The chicken tasted a little well done, but everything was good. Overall, I would be back. The prices are unbeatable.

This place is charming and budget friendly and has a train overhead that runs! It's a win. Echoes of old Vegas? In the $2.50 shrimp cocktail for sure! It's packed with high quality medium sized real shrimp and served with lemon wedge, cocktail sauce, and a cute little packet of saltines. Service is a standout here. Every team member is friendly and attentive. I'm coming back to try the other specials so I'll gush on them individually next trip. Oh, the ham steak special was so huge that David didn't finish it. Easy five stars

Ohhhh my goodness! Yes! Breaks for under $10! We had 4 people and our bill came to $50 including coffees, 4 breakfast specials, tax and tip. Now that's a deal!! I had the pork chop. Was thick and juicy. Hash browns were nice and crispy, just how I like them! The only thing was that the coffee was basically brown water, but the server was incredible! He kept coming by to refill, but I kept asking for extra creamer to doctor up this brown water and he brought extra and more of creamer to the table.

The food thats going to waist because I cant take the food to the room. Just rude

I got a room which was real nice for the person I caretake who ended up getting real sick and stayed in the room and I went to the resturant to get breakfast and the absolutly would not allow me to take breakfast up to the room. So my client is left starving and all they had to do was give me a box so I could take it to the room to eat. We spent all our money getting the room and gambling in the casino. How rude of every one to make him starve

I ordered the prime rib here, and it was amazing! I took some colleagues for a business lunch. The signage outside, which I passed by every day, caught my attention. We all ordered the same thing, and it was consistently good. The restaurant was a bit too smoky from the cigarette smoke that filled the casino, but the friendly server treated us well.

This place is absolutely amazing and I would recommend it to anyone. We are traveling to Arizona for a funeral and didn't want to stay on the strip like we normally do. So we looked around and decided to stay here. I have always wanted to stay at one of the older hotel/casinos. I honestly wasn't expecting much. But this place was easy to find and as we walked in I was surprised and impressed with how this place looked. It's so clean and easy to get around. As my wife checked in I went to find a bathroom. From the hotel lobby there's a hallway that leads to the casino and the bathrooms. That when I saw how beautiful this place is. It's lay out is really nice. Going back to the lobby I saw the restaurant and decided we should get some supper there. They had a really nice prime rib special. So after checking in we took our bags up to the room and opening the door we could not believe how nice this room was. It's so clean and gorgeous inside. To see a gas fireplace in the room was so cool. Everything is placed perfectly and the bathroom is so clean and very well maintained. This room is huge. We made our way downstairs to eat and had the best meal. The waitress that seated us made me a fresh pot of coffee and another gal came to take our order which of course was the prime rib special. It wasn't very busy so our food took no time at all arriving. The prime rib was delicious and cooked perfectly. We shared a cheesecake dessert and paid our bill then proceeded to the casino to play a little while. We are getting up to start our day and will be having breakfast downstairs before we leave. We are planning to come back through Henderson this week and will be stay here again. I highly recommend you try this place because it's worth it. Kudos to Cindy Dessy and another gal whose name I can't remember she made the fresh coffee. They are great at their jobs and made the evening wonderful.

I love coming to skyline! It's a hidden gem. Their diner never disappoints & the value you get is unmatched. There is a large variety of games to meet anyone's interests including my favorite Buffalo! If you want to hear the old clank of the coins, there are machines that still give you that old Vegas feel! I recommend coming here as the allure of old Vegas is very much still alive here at skyline!

The cafe is AMAZING Seriously! I can't think of any place that can beat there breakfast deals! Services is fantastic and food is soooo yummy! Love meeting up for breakfast with my (elderly) dad (on his "good day").

We decided to stop by and get some lunch at the cafe inside and it was such a surprise, we ordered the Skyline burger which was amazing and delicious service was good and the atmosphere was like you were back in the 70s and 80s. If you are ever in Henderson wanna get a good bite to eat, stop by the cafe.

Cozy Dining room at their clean & friendly restaurant.

ROOM: One word that comes to mind was dated, especially when it came to the bathroom. The seals/caulking around the sink area and ledges were cracked, it did not effect anything but my intrinsic qualities of reporting details tells me it was worth mentioning. The rest of the room was pretty standard and everything within was commonplace. The pillows on the bed were tiny and one of them smelled like ...liquid rear end for lack of a better comparison. PROPERTY: Free coffee & ice water in the lobby. Here's an interesting thing not many hotels offer- on select nights they have free social hour 5-7p with free food and drinks....then free cookies. That was pretty darn cool. The Pool was a redeeming amenity here, large pool area, and naturally a large pool and hot tub open late. This place is in an ideal location, i would come back if I really needed to

The hotel is near many places in the downtown area. I stayed there 2/2-7/6/2026. There was free parking at a parking garage on the other side of the adjacent casino. I had to park on the street to check in since there is very limited parking in the small parking area across from the hotel. The bed had a really uncomfortable mattress. My biggest complaint is the lack of choices for breakfast especially over a holiday weekend. There was an odd mystery mixture on Friday and Sunday. So I took a tortilla, put the mystery mixture in it with salsa & cheese. It turned out to be bacon bits! Every day was scrambled eggs, tiny potatoes, 2 cold cereals, I hot oatmeal, and pastries, and some fruit. Saturday and Monday there were sausage patties, and delicious biscuits. I hope there can be a better selection for future guests.

There's a real table for eating at, which I really appreciate, and a separate sink outside the bathroom (although there's only soap for the in-bathroom sink). Overall, the space is roomy and comfortable. There's a tub, too! The downsides are as follows: 1. The hotel is supposed to be nonsmoking, but the lobby and hallways smell like cigarette smoke mixed with cleaning agents. 2. The hotel is "pet friendly," and staff was nonchalant about my concerns about my severe pet allergies. At least the floors are some kind of wood and not carpet (although that led to other problems). 3. The parking situation is kinda terrible. There's no temporary spot for loading/unloading/checking in, and most spots are a bit of a trek. 4. The wooden floor is dirty. I showered but now my feet are filthy. 5. The mattresses lack support and sag when I sit or lay down. And, finally, 6. My toddler fell out of bed and hit her head on the hard wooden floor. She has a massive goose egg. I was put on the 2nd floor, 26 steps from the elevator and in a high traffic zone just above the hotel front door. (See photo) When I checked in, there was 1/4 parking spaces full so I know my request could have been accommodated. Let's start with the cons: At 730 pm, an intermittent booming sound that accompanied a strong, hard vibration in the room started. It lasted till about 11 pm and started again at 445 am. I thought I was above the gym and someone was dropping weights. I contacted the front desk about it and all he could say was it was likely other guests starting their day. That answer didn't make sense being that this room was located above the staff room behind the front desk and it keeps coming from the same spot in the room so no, it's not guests starting their day. I don't care what's causing it, that sound/vibration not ok! I called from the room phone and he had to ask what room I was in. There is a sign on the table lamp nightstand to use plugs on bed frame. The plug for the outlet on the bed-frame wasn't even plugged in. Motorcycles were allowed to park on either side of the lobby door. That was also loud. There is only 1 elevator so you wait awhile for it to come and even longer if the cleaners are going to each floor with linens/cleaning carts. The banging and room vibrating is my highest complaint here. Most of these hotel put in cheap Kleenex but these were the worst of all. They were easily compared to sandpaper. For the price I paid, my high status with H.I. as well as a simple request of a room that was then loud with the hard vibration was inexcusable. Obviously this was a quick, cheap build with no soundproofing built in. Pros: comfortable bed, excellent water pressure and near immediate hot water, clean room, decent breakfast with various options. Staff was nice. Air conditioning very good. There are lots of other hotel options around so i would choose a different one if i came back to this area. My rate for a roof over my head at a high price 1 out of 5. Having to add insult to injury. Went out to pack my car and the lawn guy blowing dust all over my newly washed car then hotel key didn't work and staff had to let me in even after getting a brand new key. Very irritating hotel!

Day 2- Early morning text asking how's my stay is? I reply "good so far, please don't forget about A/C and cable tv not working." They ensure me it will be looked at. When I get home from work, A/C and cable TV still not working. I call front desk and ask them IF it was even looked at...the reply with "we have no record of any issues." Eventually Maintnenace shows up and gets both issues take care of. That evening when I come back to the front entrance, the young lady working the front desk when I left for dinner is out front with 2 of her friends...they are smoking weed (not illegal here, just a bad image for the hotel). I ended up taking out my own trash, I'm not above that but didn't sign anything saying "no house keeping." Day 4- return home from work. Still no house keeping and I don't think the A/C is working again. I am checking out tomorrow. For what my company is paying for my room, they are getting ripped off.
