Right from the beginning, the team was super communicative, even reaching out about earlier openings for his scheduled time. Becky, who was working the front desk, was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. She set a warm and welcoming tone right away. Tim's haircut was done by Jason, who was phenomenal. He was warm, personable, and genuinely funny--keeping a great conversation going while still showing exceptional focus and care in his technique. What really stood out to Tim was how intentional Jason was. He took the time to ask questions, understand exactly what Tim was envisioning, and made sure the cut matched his needs. Every step of the haircut felt thoughtful and precise, never rushed, yet the vibe stayed upbeat and fun throughout. Tim found himself laughing through the whole experience! The entire atmosphere at Boss Cuts was so positive, welcoming, and professional. Tim walked out not only with a great haircut, but also having found his new go-to barber. Apparently, our time doesn't matter to them. So, often the wait is over an hour long. They value their time but not the customer's. It's not like we have a life, plans or schedules! This weekend was unacceptable. Their listed hours for Friday and Saturday are 6:00 & 4:00 p.m. respectfully. Both days, they were closed more than an hour earlier. No signs to say their hours were adjusted. Just a "closed" sign on the door. I made four trips in two days for nothing. The first because the wait was absurd and the second, to find they closed early without notice. Extremely disappointed and shows a lacking of customer service.
