Becky, who was working the front desk, was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. She set a warm and welcoming tone right away. Tim's haircut was done by Jason, who was phenomenal. He was warm, personable, and genuinely funny--keeping a great conversation going while still showing exceptional focus and care in his technique. What really stood out to Tim was how intentional Jason was. He took the time to ask questions, understand exactly what Tim was envisioning, and made sure the cut matched his needs. Every step of the haircut felt thoughtful and precise, never rushed, yet the vibe stayed upbeat and fun throughout. Tim found himself laughing through the whole experience! Online said no appointments walk in only, take a number. Got there as a guy was walking out he said just go in, I did, 3 barbers, one had just finished the guy, they said to sit down and she would be with me after she cleaned up, so very little wait. Younger gal, she asked questions about what I wanted. I just wanted a good all over trim. She said ok, she would start with a scissor cut and then taper the back with razor. She did a great job, maybe got the back and sides a little shorter than I'm used to but the overall job looked great. I am a part time resident, so will definitely come back here next year.

Apparently, our time doesn't matter to them. So, often the wait is over an hour long. They value their time but not the customer's. It's not like we have a life, plans or schedules! This weekend was unacceptable. Their listed hours for Friday and Saturday are 6:00 & 4:00 p.m. respectfully. Both days, they were closed more than an hour earlier. No signs to say their hours were adjusted. Just a "closed" sign on the door. I made four trips in two days for nothing. The first because the wait was absurd and the second, to find they closed early without notice. Extremely disappointed and shows a lacking of customer service.

I know it can be scary getting your hair colored or cut, but Hannah was honest, communicative, and gentle. I was really impressed by her background and experience. She was an excellent choice. Rosana talked to Cindy and learned that she wanted a low maintenance hairstyle that looked stylish while still accommodating her avid tennis playing. Cindy described how she wanted to be able to wear a tennis cap, without having her hair in a ponytail, and without hair getting in her face. Immediately, Rosana suggested a layered bob, which is exactly what Cindy wanted. For the color, it became apparent that Cindy didn't mind having some gray hair showing, but she wanted it to look better and didn't want to have to see a hairstylist once a month in order to maintain it. Using those parameters, Rosana highlighted Cindy's hair using 3 colors so that the gray and dark brown of Cindy's natural hair color now blend seamlessly. The end result is beautiful and a true reflection of Cindy's authentic self!
