Then they called and said they would be another hour late For the same reason I suppose. Two hours late on a weekday afternoon because a costumer was being fickle. Not cool castle carpeting, not cool. The guy who came did a great job but management needs to get their act together. I will look for other options next year.

HELP! A broken frost free faucet caused water to permeate a basement wall, ceiling and floor. We…read morecalled SERVICE MASTER, they showed up in a couple of hours. In very little time they located the problem and began clean up and moving things to prevent any further damage. They informed us of what happened and all they were doing. The next day a crew arrived, removed damaged sheet rock, insulation, carpet, etc. They set up fans and dehumidifiers and in several days the damaged area was dry and the moisture level was well within a safe level. They gave us a complete report and also forwarded it to our insurance company. Very thorough, very competent and very professional. I think these folks can fix anything.

The guy banged on my door, didn't introduce himself or the company he worked for (I got the company name later; still don't know his name), then was incredibly and consistently rude to me the entire time, talking down to me and making snide comments. Had my boyfriend not been with me at the time, I would have kicked him out no question about it, because he actually made me feel unsafe. The second time he knocked on my door went about just as well as the first time. It's not my fault the pipes burst, it's not my fault my carpet got wet (I actually managed to save most of it), and I do not appreciate being treated that way in my home. Do yourself a favor and steer well clear of this business.
