And they were careful to put our wood furniture on foam blocks to avoid any moisture damage while the carpets were drying. HELP! A broken frost free faucet caused water to permeate a basement wall, ceiling and floor. We…read morecalled SERVICE MASTER, they showed up in a couple of hours. In very little time they located the problem and began clean up and moving things to prevent any further damage. They informed us of what happened and all they were doing. The next day a crew arrived, removed damaged sheet rock, insulation, carpet, etc. They set up fans and dehumidifiers and in several days the damaged area was dry and the moisture level was well within a safe level. They gave us a complete report and also forwarded it to our insurance company. Very thorough, very competent and very professional. I think these folks can fix anything.
