They used a deionized filtration water system to ensure no hard water is used combined with a nylon bristle brush to scrub the tops of the solar panels. Arrived on time early in the morning (even though I woke up late) and started the work cleaning the panels while they were still cool to avoid cold water cracking warm panels. A++++ customer service. Aloha cleaning service cleaned our windows inside and outside and Wow what a difference. Our windows look brand new. They cleaned the screens and it was hard to tell they were on the windows because of how well they cleaned them. Some windows on the second floor are hard to access from the exterior. I don't know how they did it but they managed to clean them. We're definitely calling them back when it's time to get our windows cleaned again. Their prices are reasonable too.
