Big shout out to Eduardo for washing our windows. They are so super clean that it looks like I could jump through them. I initially contacted this company through Yelp and received a price estimate which was really helpful and convenient. I was also able to schedule my service on their website and I followed up with them via phone. On the day of the service, Eduardo texted us and told us his estimated time of arrival. When he arrived, he was very friendly, efficient, and got the job done in a couple of hours. We will definitely be using the service again. We should've done this long time ago!! read more

The one star is for their good communication and friendly attitude, but their service was way below expectation and unprofessional, especially for the gutter cleaning which they made a mess on my backyard and had to quit the job. I was told that they were going to scope out the dirt in the gutter by hand, but, instead, they used pressure washer to push the dirt out and the dirt landed into my pool and everywhere in my backyard. They were gonna keep going if I didn't tell them to stop. They then told us they couldn't do the gutter anymore because they didn't know any other way to clean it besides using pressure washer. They cleaned up the backyard at the end but they couldn't clean the pool. Luis did offer to pay my pool guy for the extra work that he might need to do and, yes, it is extra work for me and my pool guy as a result of the failed gutter cleaning service. To be fair, for window cleaning they did a good job on the glass surface. I couldn't see any dirt or water marks, but some of the tracks could be better. Check out the pictures and you'll understand what I mean. Before the service, I was expecting clean windows and clean gutters, but in the end, I have clean windows, dirty gutters, and a dirty pool. read more

Really glad I found this company! We have an infestation of pigeons and they were pooping all over our backyard. They were willing to clean all of it and even offered another service which we are definitely interested in. They came exactly on the dot of what I was told. Luis was also super kind. It was a lengthy communication back and forth due to budget and uncertainty with my move and needed cleaners but Luis was very understanding and wasn't pushy to have me book with them. Luis and Lalo are amazing! We hired them to cleaning our office windows and house exterior wall & window cleaning. They are experiencing and the result over expectation. Lalo works very careful, we saw how they worked and we definitely would recommend them to anyone needs great job. Our window screen got ripped while they clean it but it's not their fault. The edge got burned by sun for years and Luis notify us before they started. Even Lalo try to carefully avoid it but it still broken. I found Squeaky here on Yelp and decided to give them a call after reading several reviews where they say Luis and his guys get in, get out and do a thorough job. I booked them for a deep clean of my condo, meaning everything high and low plus the windows inside and out. They did a great job on my windows. High and low means ALL surfaces cleaned, furniture vacuumed, stairs vacuumed, floors vacuumed and mopped, bathrooms, kitchen counters plus cabinets cleaned outside, top of fridge, ceiling fan, light fixtures, cobwebs in stairwell and ceiling corners, baseboards and thorough dusting, etc. When I walked in they were just finishing up...a crew of 4 young guys busy busy busy. Luis was busy on the windows! They did a pretty damn good job, WAY better than any of those hourly maids or Handy-type platform services do. I had a great experience with this company. I have a two-story house with, what I believe to be, a couple hard Windows to get to. I also have a couple french cutouts which take longer to clean. The guys showed up on time, they were super friendly and patient with me when I didn't have my dogs sequestered upon their arrival. The windows look incredible. It was $277 to do all of my windows, the tracks, the screens, and the window sills. It took them about 3 hours to get everything done.
