We had 30 panels across 4 separate arrays with heavy nesting and an old chicken wire setup that a previous guy had improperly nailed straight into the roof. Bernardo worked through brutal summer heat, stripped off all the old wire, meticulously filled in all the nail holes with sealant to prevent water damage, cleared out all the nasty debris underneath, and installed the new 17-gauge mesh with proper clips. It ended up taking much longer than a standard job due to how bad the mess was, but Bernardo communicated everything clearly, stayed transparent on the extra time needed, and didn't cut a single corner. The panels look spotless and the roof is finally protected the right way. Huge thanks to Reuben and Bernardo!

As I was walking towards our backyard I noticed the floor was infested with pigeon poop. My husband looked up and noticed a family of 5 pigeons living under our solar! Ugh why couldn't they find a home elsewhere. Our inspector did warn us about pigeons loving solar panels too! I knew we had to bird proof and find the right company. Where 1. They removed the pigeons ethically 2. They didn't break any of our roof tiles 3. They know what they are doing! I ended up going with Jordan (J&J) because they do not kill the pigeons nor their eggs. They actually have a person who takes care of them and the adolescents pigeons. Although, the pigeons were a costly fix- I didn't want any harm done to them. Jordan provided me with pics of all the other eggs, pigeons he removed and assured me that none were harmed. Jordan is super friendly, answered all my questions and def was the right person to bird proof our solar. Because of his awesome customer service we signed up with his solar cleaning plan.
