This past month they opened up their gym portion for anyone and everyone so I took advantage. So happy I did. Taking both Fit and Revolution classes; I found myself with a bunch of like-minded, health conscious individuals. The classes don't drag or feel boring, but are surprisingly fun, encouraging and motivational to work out. The gym itself has a little of everything. From weights to TRX to rowing machines. Even yoga! During this year's LoveFest you could feel the excitement and bonding from every participant.
