I asked to cancel my order so I could order it myself and I was told he did not have the money to give back to me. I have been back 2 times in the last 10 days, and he still does not have the money. The last visit consisted of him cussing me out for not being able to compete with online sites, the same ones he could've ordered it himself from. I now have to resort to legal action just to get my money back. It should not have been this hard. I could make speculations about him using my money to fund another project in his shop and didn't have the money to order my cover and had to continuously give excuses why the cover had not arrived yet, but I won't. I had them put 5% on them. They also put 70% ceramic UV protection tint on front windshield that cuts out 43% heat on her windshield and on my F-150 windshield. I read reviews beforehand about the windshield tint and I didn't see any bad reviews about it. Fast forward 2 weeks later, my wife and I are loving the 360 tint on our vehicles.
