I ventured out of my area and got ahold of waco auto glass, they were NOT overbooked and I was able to get my Durango an appointment within 2 days. The lady on the phone was not only professional, but seemed genuinely interested and helpful. I was able to have them come out to my house for just $15 more on the installation, which allowed me to not miss a day of work. The installer called when ready to come out and deliver, he was professional yet friendly when I talked to him on the phone. The price plus delivery was less than what all the other shops had quoted me, which I appreciated. Also I was given a 1 year warranty on the glass and install which was icing on the cake! I will definitely keep them in mind if I have glass needs in the future.
