On my way back from San Antonio a rock hit my windshield and cracked it to where it was irreparable. With that said, the work done was a little bit sloppy. Little pieces of glass bits were left all over my dash and the window was placed a little sloppily over the windshield molding. The owner was very kind and sent the tech out, but overall he didn't seem concerned. The window seems to be sealed ok, but the sloppy install bothers me enough that I would probably try a different vendor if I ever needed more window work done. About a year and half ago this company replaced the windshield on my husband's rav4. We thought they did a great job at that time. But this past weekend, we heard some noise coming from the rear view mirror. My husband later found out that the plastic around the mirror was loose, because the tabs were broken. No one else has ever touched this area, except the technician from this company. Maybe they didn't notice it, but it's very disappointing that they didn't tell us at that time.
