Customer service was not helpful at all, stating that there is really nothing they could do about this problem. Tutors are not on time, always on their phones, and interrupt when clients are speaking. If this was really a good tutoring company, tutors should be more qualified and shouldn't be greedy about hard earned money because of something that the company NEVER mentioned!!!!!
