I went with my niece who wanted nails and I wanted just a manicure. She had one client she was working she told my niece to have a seat then started her then sat me down and put my hand in a bowl with rocks and water in it she had just taken it out of the microwave she stuck my hand in it and burned my fingers then started someone else yes she was working four people at once! They were nice people but the lady who does nails is super pushy. I kept telling her what i wanted and she kept suggesting up charges every time. I got a pedicure (35) and gel nails. I don't go get my nails done very often so when i do, i want them to be on point. The nails i originally wanted they gave the price of 45 and her accent is so heavy she could upcharge easy. I need up paying 95$ in total for the pedi + just gel nails. And the nails that i got, i loved the color and design but i wanted the purple to be on bottom and go into sparkles at the top, and i asked her to do that, her words: "i can do it the way you want next time" and she just kept doing what she wanted and was rushing through it at that. I seriously overpaid. I won't be going back. The pedicure was nice tho. Didn't get all my dead skin but it was still relaxing. Also, i feel like it wasn't too sanitary cuz i saw stuff floating in the water after he started it and my feet were itchy after i left but now they are fine. read more

Lady was super pushy. I took my foster child and she was rude to her multiple times. She told me my nails were dry, I explained they weren't and she said no. So I get up and mess them up. She just paints over them. So the paint job is terrible. She also did not paint down to the cuticle so it looks like my nails are a week old. Really disappointed read more

Absolute worse service I have ever been to!!! The lady there was so rude and did a horrible job. My daughter asked for a manicure with white gel polish and a matte finish. She made her bleed around her cuticles and the polish looked like a 2 year old did it. When I told her I wanted her to remove it she was very rude and kept blaming my daughter for her choice of color as to why it looked awful. Who does that?? Then I asked for a refund and she rudely told me no. Never again will I go there and definitely will say don't waist your time!!!!! read more

Absolutely horrible!!! I took my daughter and her friend in to get nails done... I also got my nails done and it was such a poor job! Not only that but they got us in and then only took 1 hour in total for 1set of nails and two manicures! Absolutely horrendous job! I called to see if she could fix my nail and do a color change and she said yes. So i said can i come at four and she said yes. I get here at four and she tells me im late and she is busy now.
