The nail techs are welcoming, kind, funny and keep you entertained while you get your nails done and the whole vibe and design of the salon is edgy and everything you want in a nail salon. The first time I went, Azel did my cover gel nails and they turned out beautifully and stayed on for 5 weeks until I got a new set! The second time I went, Leah also put cover gels on me and she was able to do the cutest design ever! The second set lasted for 7.5 weeks until the first nail fell off (I wanted to see how long they would last and WOW). Everything considered, this is by far the best nail salon ive ever have gone to and is the only nail salon I will recommend!

Until my nails bleed. They kept in talking in their language but I don't really care what they talking about or if they talking about me cause they are rude af! Then they asked me if i want a a clear coat and asked of they have matte coat. Guess what?? Thats $10 extra! I didnt know that using a matte coat instead of clear coat are extra. I didnt argue. My nails are not even and they're hurting from the woman! Not worth the regular $30 and especially not even worth $40. Paint comes off in 3 days. I had sent pictures of the style of nail I wanted and she was able to recommend an artist that was known in the salon for being the best at it (in this case, it was Anna for gel forms)! Once I arrived, I was immediately greeted by staff who provided comfy slippers and hung up my jacket while I looked at nail polish colors! The lady never payed attention while filing my nails and broke the skin TWICE!! Man does it hurt for a couple weeks when that happens. Also my nails were crooked the paint was bubbly and uneven it was just an awful place to get your nails done. Normally the nail tech puts cuticle oil on as well and the lady did not bother which is one of my favourite parts so that was disappointing. The nail tech was also very rough with my hands and fingers. Nail polish chipped off about a week after. Go for the pedi and get out or just don't waste your time.
