I had to paid $80 witch included missing basic services like: legs massage, lotion, top shallac coat on my left foot, hand massage, cuticules oils. 3 days later, my polish is already coming off :(. I rarely write review but I had to as it was the worst service I ever received especially when I treat myself to a spa only 3 or 4 times a year! They said they did I asked if everything used was clean or new because it didn't look it. They play the dumb card and made me repeat the question several times. After a long while I was ready to leave and was told I didn't need the flip flops. I get to my house and toes were destroyed by my shoes. I had asked for flips! They don't know what their doing. Was told they were calling the police if I showed up for refund. I told them to call them, because the police have nothing better to do than to go check on my toes. They said they would fix it for me but why would I go there again? Rude and dishonest.
