Not only did she respond twice, but she did so over the weekend -- once at 12:30 a.m. on a Saturday and again around 1:30 p.m. on a Sunday. Her responses were detailed, thoughtful, and comprehensive. That level of dedication and care is rare. During Noah's facial, Deyssi invited me into the room to observe. She took the time to explain every single step of the treatment -- what she was doing, why she was doing it, and how it would improve his skin. She did the same when recommending products, walking us step-by-step through how to use them, in what order, and how each one would help. She is incredibly thorough and clearly passionate about what she does. The warmth and professionalism we've experienced from both Fargol and Deyssi have been outstanding.
