Christina approached me immediately, and it was evident that she genuinely enjoys her work and attentively listens to her clients. I shared my concerns and past experiences, and she responded with expertise and thoroughness. Her explanations were clear, and her touch was incredibly gentle. Don't let them scam you!! I scheduled a Botox appointment, I had to cancel due to work obligations the day before but in the morning, my appointment wasn't scheduled till the following afternoon so it was over 24 hours notice. I called and they said they'd cancel it. Then later they sent me a reminder for my appointment so I texted the text line (it was after hours at that point) to make sure they actually canceled it, they didn't. Short story, they harassed me at work the next day MULTIPLE times, about not having it on file that I canceled, had the nerve to ask me for screen shots of my call log to prove I called etc, I said sure! Then they went silent for several hours, then emailed me saying they were going to "wave the cancelation fee" WHAT CANCELLATION FEE?! I literally canceled more than 24 hours in advance therefor there was no cancellation fee to wave?? They have the worst customer service, so glad I didn't give my money to a place with such horrible organization and customer service! Don't let them scam you! read more

I visited On The Glow Med Spa for the first time and I honestly loved everything about the experience. Right away the aesthetic stood out. They have reserved parking for clients which already made things feel easy and thoughtful. When you walk in, there is a beautiful display of their products and a really welcoming waiting area. It feels clean, modern, and calming without being intimidating. The staff greeted me as soon as I arrived and everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. I felt comfortable immediately. I did a Forma facial and it was completely non invasive and not painful at all. We took before photos so I could really see the difference afterward, which I appreciated. They applied a gel to my face and used the Forma device to glide over the skin with gentle warmth. It felt relaxing and soothing, almost like a warm facial massage. Forma uses radiofrequency energy to stimulate collagen and elastin production. It helps tighten and firm the skin, improve texture, and smooth fine lines over time. What I loved most is that there is no downtime and it is safe for all skin types. My skin felt tighter, lifted, and had the most amazing glow afterward. I usually wear makeup every single day, but I left without any makeup on and felt so confident. My skin looked that good. We also did a subtle lip flip with Botox since I have been trying to stay away from filler, and a little Botox in my forehead. Everything was explained clearly and never felt rushed or pushy. Easy to locate and plenty of parking. Immediately upon entering was greeted and checked-in. Couple forms to fill out was texted to me but was called within a minute into a exam room. Spoke with employee and we discussed what service I wanted and the look I wanted to achieve. Filled out the form online and spoke to the NP on a zoom conference to clear me for the procedure. Price discussed prior to service. Received lip filler and I was pleased. Unfortunately, I forgot everyone's name because I was having issues with my care credit and getting the proper assistance with them however the staff here despite issues on my end were extremely patient. I was extremely grateful for this. Every encounter with each employee was professional and polite. Excellent customer service provided with each staff member. I purchased a package of 3 of the Morpheus 8 RF micro-needling and PRP. The pricing was excellent. On day of procedure, I was extremely nervous after I read horror stories on the internet about how painful it was. And two women I know concurred that the procedure was very very painful and they would never do it again However, I am happy to say that was not my experience. Nurse Helen Tran explained that On-the-Glow uses a very strong formulation of numbing cream-tetracaine and lidocaine . She expertly applied it and left on for an hour before the procedure. It really helped. Yes it was uncomfortable but certainly not the unbearable, hot searing pain that was described by others. It just felt like sharp jabs , but very tolerable. I only felt it over the bones, not on my lips or eyes. I was so thrilled, we were able to go through entire procedure with no breaks Helen also injected PRP in the tear troughs and injected some Botox. Her technique is unbelievable , hardly felt it. It's been a couple of hours and the redness is gone and 90% of the bruising resolved, too. Everyone at this location is so nice and professional. There is one girl who does the hair removal and her name is Emily. She is one of the sweetest people in the whole world. She also is super quick when doing your session. Emily also administers the skinny shot if you're interested and she makes it so it doesn't hurt at all. I trust her (haha i have been going to her since September) I also recommend their facials! the aesthetician who does the facials is kind and does an absolutely amazing job with them. It is definitely worth your money. I have heard amazing things about them (great little gift to yourself for the holidays) On the glow offers a variety of things and I can definitely say, all of the staff here are amazing.
