I will give them one star if I could, they're scammers, treatment did not work, they just want to upsell more sessions and that is why they put their machines at a very low level. Ineffective treatment and no customer service. Beware!!! What Jennifer is saying does not mean anything, I had very small amount of hair, first they told me that in 3-4 sessions will be enough, when I was in my 5th session they told me that i need at least 10???? I came here for my Botox treatment, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by such a warm and friendly staff. I was a little nervous since it was my first time at this location, but I was pleasantly surprised everyone made me feel so comfortable right away. The space itself is super clean and welcoming, and I loved that I was able to get my procedure done the same day without a long wait. Another big plus is that they're open on weekends, which made it really convenient for my schedule. The doctor who treated me was incredibly sweet and professional .I really appreciated how she took the time to suggest what would work best for me, rather than just rushing through it. Seen ads on IG and decided to call. Employee answering was professional and answered my questions. Based on the customer service I received on the phone I decided to book. Immediately received a text with my appt info and received another within an hour of my appt.. Off the 118 freeway, Tampa exit on the corner in a shopping center. Easy to locate and plenty of parking. Immediately upon entering was greeted and checked-in. Couple forms to fill out was texted to me but was called within a minute into a exam room. Spoke with employee and we discussed what service I wanted and the look I wanted to achieve. Filled out the form online and spoke to the NP on a zoom conference to clear me for the procedure. Price discussed prior to service. Received lip filler and I was pleased. Unfortunately, I forgot everyone's name because I was having issues with my care credit and getting the proper assistance with them however the staff here despite issues on my end were extremely patient. I was extremely grateful for this. Every encounter with each employee was professional and polite. Excellent customer service provided with each staff member. I highly recommend and will return. read more

Best experience! I was looking to get Botox to fix a small issue I was having on my face and after calling a few places, On The Glow was the only place that understood what I needed and welcomed me in. After having a few bad experiences at other salons, I was a little nervous but my nurse Helen helped ease my way. I loved the ambiance and how clean everything is. I purchased a package of 3 of the Morpheus 8 RF micro-needling and PRP. The pricing was excellent. On day of procedure, I was extremely nervous after I read horror stories on the internet about how painful it was. And two women I know concurred that the procedure was very very painful and they would never do it again However, I am happy to say that was not my experience. Nurse Helen Tran explained that On-the-Glow uses a very strong formulation of numbing cream-tetracaine and lidocaine . She expertly applied it and left on for an hour before the procedure. It really helped. Yes it was uncomfortable but certainly not the unbearable, hot searing pain that was described by others. It just felt like sharp jabs , but very tolerable. I only felt it over the bones, not on my lips or eyes. I was so thrilled, we were able to go through entire procedure with no breaks Helen also injected PRP in the tear troughs and injected some Botox. Her technique is unbelievable , hardly felt it. It's been a couple of hours and the redness is gone and 90% of the bruising resolved, too. Everyone at this location is so nice and professional. I couldn't be happier .I will update with results read more

If you want laser hair removal I recommend coming here! This establishment is better than all of the viral laser hair removal companies out there. There is one girl who does the hair removal and her name is Emily. She is one of the sweetest people in the whole world. She also is super quick when doing your session. Emily also administers the skinny shot if you're interested and she makes it so it doesn't hurt at all. I trust her (haha i have been going to her since September) I also recommend their facials! the aesthetician who does the facials is kind and does an absolutely amazing job with them. It is definitely worth your money. I have heard amazing things about them (great little gift to yourself for the holidays) On the glow offers a variety of things and I can definitely say, all of the staff here are amazing. They truly want you to feel great about yourself and they can bundle your desired items/purchases to give you a discount. Also when you check in a certain amount of times you do get some free stuff. I will never stop coming here because it's so amazing. They are moving to Amecie Pizza towards the end of the month so it will be MUCH easier to park because right now parking in the lot they are located in is a nuisance at times. read more

I went in for a Vampire Facelift (PRP facelift) facial with under eye rejuvenation, and unfortunately, it was not what I expected in terms of the experience or the results. While the staff was pleasant when I arrived, the process felt rushed and there was little explanation of what was being done. I have been a patient of Dr. Darush for over 20 years. The filler in my upper lip was performed…read moreexclusively by him during that time, which is why I scheduled an appointment with him to dissolve my lip filler. I arrived on time for my appointment. Upon arrival, Dr. Darush seemed different than usual and appeared somewhat distracted. During my appointment, he received a phone call on his personal cell phone and answered it. He then told me he needed to step outside to the parking lot. At that time, I had already been numbed and was waiting for the procedure to begin. Approximately 30 minutes passed while I remained in the treatment room. I became increasingly concerned and uncomfortable due to the length of time he was gone and the lack of explanation. I came out of the room to request a refund because I no longer felt comfortable proceeding. Each time I came out, the nurse urgently told me that he would be back soon and repeatedly instructed me to return to the room. Her reaction made me feel even more uneasy, as I felt she was trying to prevent me from going out to the parking lot. When Dr. Darush eventually returned, his demeanor seemed completely different. He appeared upbeat and said, "Okay, let's do it!" He also returned with an unfamiliar man who remained in the waiting room. I did not know who this individual was, and his presence added to my discomfort. At that point, I told Dr. Darush that I no longer felt comfortable having him perform the procedure. I explained that his leaving for an extended period of time, combined with the circumstances surrounding his return, caused me to question whether I could trust him to perform a medical procedure on me safely. In response, Dr. Darush said, "I don't do drugs like you do." I was shocked by this statement. I do not use drugs and do not drink alcohol. I felt this comment was inappropriate, accusatory, and extremely concerning coming from a physician. After this interaction, I no longer felt that I could trust Dr. Darush to perform any procedure on me. I requested a refund, and he left the area, brought the same individual from the waiting room, and took him into a back office area that was not a medical treatment room. I cannot say what was happening, but the entire experience was extremely concerning and made me feel unsafe. Given the circumstances, I believe this behavior warrants review. I am considering reporting this incident to the medical board because I am concerned about whether Dr. Darush is currently able to safely and professionally provide medical care to patients.

I happen to have a friend in the beauty industry, and told him about my issue. He told me to do the Miradry procedure. I researched the procedure and called this location right away. Carol was so sweet and accommodated me. I go in for my appt., and Dr. Azazid was so generous and attentive. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time and we were chatting like old friends lol. It's been a month since I got the procedure and I am pleased with the results. I will go in for a second round before Christmas time.

I paid for a package of two rounds and had my last treatment was in Jan 2026 for the PDGF microneedling. I also got the laser removal package for underarms and upper lip, chin. Amazing experience so far! At the end of January, I decided to get lip filler for the first time with Rita. Despite it being a bit painful, she made sure to take her time. I'm so happy with my results. She's amazing! I also received a Skin Glass Tri-Infusion Facial (Vitamin A, Exosomes & Liposomes) facial right before my birthday trip with Katie. Avoid this place at all cost.. all they care about is charging you. I was fighting an infection and made my appt days after the second round of antibiotics. The night before when the nurse called me, I explained my entire medical situation to her and let her know that I just started the third round of antibiotics minutes before she called as my body wasn't reacting to the antibiotics I had been taking. The next morning of my appt I wasn't well, very nauseas. I called to let them know I'll have to reschedule after my antibiotics were done. All she said is... well you spoke to the nurse right and she cleared you regarding the antibiotics? I said yes.. she said so we'll have to charge you... hope it was worth the $50! Response to Mary after my original message... Thank you for the response, Mary. However, it misses the point entirely. While I understand and respect cancellation policies, they are typically designed to prevent 'no-shows' or casual cancellations, not to penalize a client experiencing a sudden medical crisis. I was proactive and transparent with your nurse the night before. Unfortunately, health situations--especially those requiring multiple rounds of intensive antibiotics--can escalate unexpectedly overnight. Expecting a patient to 'predict' they will be too ill to leave the house 24 hours in advance during a medical emergency is unreasonable. Offering to have me come in 'later that day' when I had already explained I was unwell and under strict medical care shows a complete lack of empathy and basic listening. To charge a $50 penalty under these specific, documented circumstances is a choice that prioritizes a small fee over human compassion and long-term client relationships. It is a disappointing introduction to a local business, and I will certainly be taking my business back to facilities that value their clients' well-being over a cancellation fee
