They've doubled down on alienating a long standing customer instead of simply apologizing for the inappropriate accusation and uncomfortable experience. Original Review: Bizarre experience. This is my normal UPS store. I've been coming to the location for years. Today, while I was making a return, the lady scanned my phone and while I waited I placed my hand on the counter. She said "I'm sorry, no leaning" confused I said "I'm sorry, what?" She pointed out a bright orange sign that said no leaning. First, my hand was rested on the counter; I was not leaning on anything. 2nd I am a grown adult and felt like I was being scolded. It was truly an odd experience. As I left I saw multiple signs stating the same thing. Reminded me of a Seinfeld episode... I wondered... Is this the new soup nazi?
