It was so thoughtful of her to keep me connected to them when I missed them so much. When my trip got unexpectedly extended by two weeks, Amanda was incredibly flexible and didn't raise the rate, simply updating my invoice until I returned. I really appreciated her understanding and fairness. The property where my pets stayed is spacious and perfect for animals to roam and play, and you can tell Amanda and her team genuinely care for the animals like their own. I'm so grateful to have found such a trustworthy and reliable place for my pets. River and Raven enjoy going there and I am always confident they are well taken care of. A lot of room for them to run around and they are loved. It is a bit far away from where we live but I don't care. My dogs get treated well.

When I went to pick the dog up (at the boarding facility) she smelled as if she'd been kept in her own mess in an outdoor kennel. There is nothing "premium" about these facilities. It became very obvious after I took her to the vet that I wasn't told the truth about her age, medical conditions, potty and harness training ability. When I called to ask questions, Maggie got upset, claimed the dog was "perfect", tried to bully me into returning the dog, and has since refused to allow the dog's chip to be registered in my name, although that's standard procedure for reputable rescue organizations and is in the adoption contract. Do yourself and your pets a favor and avoid this business.

We certainly didn't want her to suffer through tests, pills, injection, etc. just to prolong her life a few weeks or months. We've had indoor cats for 40 years and have been in this position before and never had problems with the doctor. Not this time! Dr. JAROD GRANTLAND was very reluctant to put our cat down. He wanted to get blood tests and do what we could to prolong our cat's life. It was clear to me that this was all about $$. I'm not sure their business is doing that well. Anyway, he tried to persuade us to his way of thinking, but we said no. He eventually put our cat down. During our time of grief, Jarod Grantland made things worse. I normally don't write reviews, but in this case I feel I would be doing our community a disservice if I didn't put this information out there. I hope they improve their practice's in end of life situations.
