Additionally, I called a lot but there isn't a prompt or professional acknowledgment that the number you've called is even associated with this clinic. I eventually just drove to their location, but couldn't even find them at first because there isn't a sign anywhere near their actual location. Normally when there's this many obstacles it's a sign this is not the place for me to be so I'm just going to get my money back and call it even. I can't recommend them in their customer service because they don't actually offer service, and it's not even like this is the type of establishment where I can give grace for low staffing or burn out. This is a cosmetic establishment, they can control their establishment.
