    The whole experience

I don't really know where to start my felling about this fantastic experience ! I lived just 14 miles away in the summer at our farm in Dalbo. First Kim the owner is very hands on in everything. So she is going to talk to you ...me a stranger about why am I there? Etc. this was a farm work day ended up after I reserved a crust for Adrian and I and I needed to get it to go because we had other folks helping with fencing that day...no problem we got one of the extra crusts they make and I think it was Sam cooked our pizzas and they were amazing fresh farm raised ingredients for the vegi's and Don't know about the meat source but the Meat pizza was awesome along with the JJ special I think it's called. Had to get them to go, but we will be back!

Alpha and Omega Pizza Farm was the perfect team-building destination, just under an hour from Minneapolis. It was a stormy day, and our team of about 20 all fit well in the farmhouse. Lunch was prepared on time to continue the day's activities; the pizza was delicious. They had the most innovative toppings I've had on a crispy and tasty wood-fired crust. They offered gluten-free options prepared in a dedicated oven. Bonus points for cute little goats and the owner's two gorgeous Great Danes. I recommend Alpha and Omega Pizza Farm as the ultimate team-building or small event destination.

Pizzas (first 2 are not their actual names, but my memory is failing me) 1. cantaloupe & prosciutto 2. meat 3. Mexican street corn (my fav!)

This place is great, and I expect it will get better and better. Staff are charming and sweet. The pizzas are phenomenal, with the freshest ingredients on a crust that's toasted and chewy and pillowy soft all at the same time. There are also apps, sandwiches, and sodas for sale. Plus a cocktail stand with the most delicious drinks. My kids loved feeding the baby goats (bring quarters to buy a palmful of feed) and shooting hoops in the basketball funnel thingamajig. I hope to make a trip back next summer!

Thursdays are wood fired pizza nights! We loved our entire pizza farm experience here-including a couple of rain drops! The venue is awesome-a farm with animals, beautiful trees and live music! Very inviting and good event for ALL of us (not just the kiddos)...and we loved talking with the farmer! We went with friends that remembered to bring extra chairs, plates, garbage bags, drinks other than soda pop, and a tablecloth. They also had clued us into pre-ordering our pizza crust online (in case they run out). We all tried (and loved) the Millie the Meat Lover pizza topping with sausage, pepperoni & Canadian bacon. We also did a couple of appetizers: the oven roasted mild Shisito peppers and cheese squares. Both were awesome!

What a fantastic community space and outdoor recreation center! Totally makes winter in Minnesota…read moreeven better. I'm new to discovering The Trailhead at Theodore Wirth Regional Park, but believe me when I say I'll be back many more time. In the winter, they offer cross-country skiing and lessons. (You can rent a full set of gear for about $30- no need to have your own to experience skiing! They also have à la carte options for cheaper if you only need poles or boots, etc.) Besides skiing, outdoor winter activities also include snow tubing, snowboarding, snowshoeing.... You name it. (I haven't been in fall or summer yet, but I also hear great things about their mountain biking and trail running options.) Inside The Trailhead, there's food and drink concessions, ample seating, lockers, bathrooms, and even rooms for rent. The last time I was there, a family was hosting a young child's birthday party in the multi-purpose room. Altogether, there is an amazing assortment of services here to come and check out. Can't wait for next ski season!

We have made a tradition of coming here the day after Thanksgiving. I am from out of town, visiting…read morefamily and friends. The building is a perfect space for bringing a large group together for games, chatting, eating, and sledding on the snowy hills just outside the doors. They used to serve hot food, but they no longer have that option. The food was not consistent or anything all that special, but it was a nice option. This time we brought Thanksgiving leftovers and some breakfast bagel sandwiches. The space is well maintained and clean. It is spacious and has lots of room for young kids to run around and not be a disturbance. Always look forward to coming here.
