Jean was amazing. Super personable, apologized he was a few minutes late (but still within the window of time they gave me) because he had what seemed like a small job become a huge job right before me and explained everything he was doing for me as he installed three dimmers (and replaced a loose fuse. One of the dimmers connected to the outside lamp ended up being wired wrong and they came back the very next day to fix it.
