Used their service again, but this time for a plumbing issue. The technician that came did not…read morespeak English and had difficulty explaining to me what the concern was however, he did get across that I needed to replace the toilets. The home is less than 10 years old so replacing toilets seemed a bit excessive. I ended up researching the noise the toilet was making myself and realized that it was something that can be fixed pretty easily. I called the manager and spoke to him regarding the poor advice received in regards to replacing the toilets, and he said they would send a second technician to assess the situation. Instead, he sent me a message stating that the initial technician was right and did not send another technician to assess . I ended up going with a different company who came and replaced the valve ...which successfully lowered my water bill by 50%. Problem fixed - without having to replace the entire toilet. I was initially a fan of NSP, but this last visit was very disheartening. I think if they had sent a second technician to evaluate what I was concerned about, they would have seen that the first technician was indeed wrong. I will not be using them again.

Brand new 2 Ton Daikin 14.5 SEER single stage AC, handler & thermostat very fairly priced, as the next closest competitor was priced more than 50% higher (others more than 100%); plus, they even coordinated & included the crane rental that was needed in order to get the condenser up on the fifth floor of the condo building (my unit was on the first floor), and included a 12 year manufacturer parts & 1 year labor warranty. SoFlow came on time and the installer was the same guy that initially inspected her old unit. Both gentlemen were very nice and they did a great job taking away the old unit and putting the new unit on a new pad and plumbing in the ducting and drain pipe. Their price was reasonable and the Daikin unit comes with a pretty good parts warranty.
