12/10 customer service!!…read more I took my car to caliber on Sunshine blvd in order to get my vehicle inspected for insurance purposes after I had encountered front driver side impact. I was blown away by their outstanding customer service. They kept in touch through the whole inspection and helped explain the process of what I should expect to deal with in the next few days with no car to ensure my ducks were in a row for insurance and all it's hassle. I spoke with a gentleman named Cody and a women Named LuLu (hope I spelled that correct) and they were life savers answering the phone when I needed in order to set a time and date to fill paperwork out and come get my belongings from the vehicle. Cody even took time out of busy schedule to help me carry my belongings out of the vehicle seeing as there was a bit of stuff left inside. I don't have hands free or phone time on break at work and if it wasn't for them and their quick and accurate responses I wouldn't have got things taken care of near as fast in order to get my payment for the car, of which was unfortunately was totaled. They really saved my skin fitting me in, especially with my several changes of dates and times via phone call to come in and fill out paperwork etc. They got me back on the road as soon as possible. They made getting their schedule to line up with mine and vise versa as easy as possible, and that is an accomplishment and favor from them I owe a BIG thank you for. Thanks to Cody and LuLu I could sift through the rest of this hassle with ease. Thank you guys so much!

They did the work on my 2017, Harley Davidson road glide. I can't be more happier. They ironed out all the problems with the insurance adjuster. And the bite came out looking brand new. The receptionist who answered the phone was really courteous and kind. However, this driver that they sent was the polar opposite. Take a good look at this guy. He is very rude and nasty. He didn't give his name. He acted as if we were inconveniencing him when my hubby said hello. No response, extremely gruff. The receptionist asked if we would be riding with the driver. We had told the receptionist that we would be following the tow truck driver to our. Mechanic. When my hubby told the driver that we wanted to follow him, he sped off like a bat from you know where. Jeez! Good thing we didn't ride with him. We may not ever be seen from again. The two stars is because we had a good experience with the receptionist, I wanted to give more stars but just couldn't. I'm sorry but that driver needs to get training on customer service. If you get this company to tow your vehicle, and you get this guy, be prepared.
