I had an 8 o'clock appointment. When I called to check on things at 1pm, it was clear my vehicle hadn't been seen. I called back at three and they said that the technician was finishing up the diagnostic. Called back an hour later and that wasn't done. When they did call back, they gave me a quote and said it would be done in a half hour. I got to the shop at that time, and waited around another 30 minutes beyond that. I was told that their man had arrived back from my test drive and they had to do paperwork. But that didn't prove to be true. Scotty and his team never treated me like this. Two stars because the 30 minute job was adequate. Update: The owner called me to apologize for how long it took. I explained that I would have had a good experience except for the terrible customer service.

They told me to bring it back after I drove for a while and when I did, they told me they did not find any detectable leak. Been using the AC for five months since the repair and it is still working great . I believe them to be an honest repair shop, which isn't always easy to find .

I was Lied to about my Pickup truck: My Pickup was dropped…read moreoff on March/2021 and I patiently waited over 13 months fueled by empty promises by John. I called Every other week and either someone was being hired to check my initial electrical issue, or parts were arriving for a new belt, battery, etc..., or "Fluids" needed to be changed on the Pickup. At the end there was apparently something always being done to this Pickup. After over a year he told me that he had the vehicle running and he was going to test it out driving it around and then out of nowhere according to him the car stopped working when I was going to Pick it up. Besides other promises about an additional vehicle which I am not even going to go into details..... I ended up taking the car from this repair shop and had a mechanic check to see if all of these new items that apparently were replaced were actually repaired and completed. To my surprise 13 months were waisted as the mechanic checked fluids, belts, battery, etc and nothing was done..... Its is sad as John seemed like an honest guy. I am really patient (13 months plus patient) and really wanted to give him the opportunity to make things right. I have attempted to call but either he is never able to "pick up the phone", or avoids my call or continues with excuse after excuse. I have been nothing but respectful and patient with John. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANY OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
