Now, I am told I must come in this week on a weekday morning. When I explained I cannot as I work 56 hours a week, I was told "Mike goes up north Friday" as my only option. Corporate agrees and said "As he is working with you there is no way I can help" after I explained I cannot make it in then due to work. I suppose I will take this to small claims, and proceed to get the remaining $2500 of work done elsewhere. After the inspection, Instead of just telling me I needed brakes and trying to sell me everything, Dustin took the time to show me photos of my brakes on each axle and explained exactly what should be done now, and also what could wait a while if I want. I ended up having the front brakes replaced, which they completed while I waited. The price was what I had hoped, no surprises. I also dealt with Tom who took my payment after the work was completed, and I have to say between Dustin and Tom, I don't think I've ever dealt with more professional and friendly people at an auto service center in my entire life. They earned my future business and I will be returning for all of my oil changes and vehicle maintenance going forward!

I have had 4 vehicles aligned there 1st one I bought the parts for ball joints and they replaced…read morethem, one from napa was wrong they replaced it with the same part but supplied by another parts place. I was given my money back from NAPA the replacement was 5.00 cheaper, but exact same name brand. Dealer told me I need a 4 wheel alignment and the back was out so bad, I was advised to leave it , I took it to West coast they aligned and said the back was ok just need a front end alignment. They will answer your questions . I would highly recommend them as their work has always bee top noch and prices very reasonable.

The left front wheel was loose, one of the lug nuts had fallen out, and the rest were loose. When I contacted Asad, he said he had this problem once before and he would get back to me after he spoke to the person who helped him with the tires. I sent him a video and pictures. He never got back to me. I had to call him back. He would not take responsibility for the loose lug nuts. Don't make the mistake of trusting him with your car.
