I received a quote for 4 new tires and given an out the door price fully installed. I agreed to the price. They called me back and then started all the addons needed, by the time it was all said and done, the price was nearly double! and to add insult to injury, the guy at the counter was very rude and inconsiderate. He actually made me show my driver's license in order to pay for my overinflated car repairs and scrutinized my credit card making me fill like I was trying to use a stolen credit card! I will take my vehicle to Costco or Sam's Club or Walmart for tires from now on. I recommend you do the same. read more

UPDATE from 2021 Today: 04/29/2022... In my review of this INDEPENDENT DEALER, I mentioned in my prior comment, that my steel belts weren't separating, but the front wheel bearing hubs were bad. I also mentioned that the manager at this sh*thole had babbled that "We don't take back used tires!", even though they were just installed that very same day. KEY BS line..."We don't take back used tires!"...OK?! Last month was the first that I saw of this, but did you notice that Firestone has a promo, which is airing on TV, whereas you can BUY & TRY FOR 90 DAYS and that they'll take those tires back for an exchange of equal or higher. That said, they DO INDEED take back used tires! Avoid this prick! PS: IF you decide to use your CFNA card with this asshole and something is not done satisfactorily, you may be sh*t out of luck getting anything resolved, being that these jagoffs are an INDEPENDENT DEALER! My husband and I went out to run errands on Wednesday night, He noticed one tire only had 15 pounds of air. We turned around, went back home and he put air in it, We then headed back out. By the time we got to Homestead road it was 5:30 and the tire had lost the air he just put in. We happened to see Tim Dodge's Firestone. Pulled in there to request an appointment for the next day, and they took us in! It was 5:40, they told us to wait a few minutes. At 5:55pm, the tire was fixed. Wait! There's more! Not only get us in and out incredibly fast, they only charged $25 to plug up the leak. We were in and out and on our way. Our next day was going to be soooo busy, lots of driving! Instead of having to fix it tomorrow and possibly be late or have an accident, they fixed it quickly! Hats off to the two men working in the back and the two up front! Thank you guys! read more

I have been coming to this place for a few years and I have spent thousands of dollars, which is why I am so disappointed in the service that my husband and I received last week. Long story short the tires that was both in 2021 were badly worn on a vehicle was only driven 3000 miles since installation. Since this vehicle is only used for local driving only we inquired about the warranty. This is where things went left. We were interrogated and asked about parts in the truck that had nothing to do with Firestone. They even asked us to produce a receipt, claimed to be helping use and stated they needed to contact D.O.T. Finally the Manager, Steve contacted, he was rude, very short and obnoxious and continued to question parts that had nothing to do with tires or the question about the warranty. They did Apply the warranty but it was obvious that they did not believe the truck had such low miles since 2021 And they wanted to secretly check behind our back what the odometer was at that time to get out of honoring warranty. This was very disappointing especially since we spent over $2000 in services with them and had planned on continuing to do more business them. But we will never come back again. And I do not recommend there business. When I researched past reviews other customers had similar complaints and poor experience with Steve. We have even had a family member who advised us not to do business with them. read more

They recommended I replace the battery and serpentine belt. I had to take the car to the dealer for a recall, and they said those things were fine. Recommend you get a second opinion to avoid being ripped off. UPDATE: I sent them a letter. It wasn't kind. They called and talked to me at length about my concerns. In the end, it seems to have been a misunderstanding between what they said and what I heard. When I'm wrong, I admit it. I've changed my review to reflect that. Had a appointment for a week in advance for a simple oil change and tire rotation arrived 15 minutes early. Two hours later still not done with oil change and I cancelled the tire rotation. Also they didn't know how to reset the oil change reminder I will have to take it to the dealership. warning to all this place has no clue what there doing don't take your vehicle there $100.00 for a oil change is expensive and over charging for the nonsense that they put you thru. 15 minute oil change turns into 2 hours absUrd !!! read more

My mothers car was towed to this Firestone after an accident I told Jeff I ONLY wanted an estimate I did NOT want him to do any work without authorization! Jeff said he couldn't give us an estimate, he wouldn't know how much it would cost without ordering the parts and he would let us know.. Huh?! That makes no sense why would you order parts if we don't even know if we are going to fix the car or not?! Anyway I figured he knew what he was doing since he is suppose to be a professional. He calls us back and gives us 3 options the first 2 options were ridiculously high to fix the car.. We decided not to fix the car since my mother is 71 years old and on a fixed income she really couldn't afford those outrageous prices he was quoting. When we informed Jeff that we would have a tow truck pick the car up he became enraged and said no one was taking the car from there he had already fixed the car and he was going to put the car inside so no one could get it... I told him NO one authorized you to fix the car we simply wanted an estimate why would you fix the car WITHOUT permission?! What part of ESTIMATE did you not understand?!!..This place is VERY shady!... They are very pricey and try to ripe you off!! BUYER BEWARE!!! read more
