After purchasing a replacement motor on Saturday, I reached out to Mario at Alpha Blu Pool & Spa on Yelp as I read really great reviews about him. He quickly responded and said he would be available same day, Saturday, even though he had a full schedule. He kept me updated on his arrival time and came to replace my motor the same day. He was quick and efficient even though my motor was old and some of the nuts were difficult to remove due to calcification from the water leak. Then he messed up my timer that now I have to pay for a new timer. His cousin (Izzy pool service) is just as bad. He took money from me and never showed up to do the job. First of all, it took you how many days to replace the pump. You were never prepared with what you needed and you would leave. You don't remember you took the timer clip off and left it there because you didn't know how to fix it. Every time you came i had to go outside to tell you things were wrong. When you saw the algae, all you did was sweep it and said things were ok. In five minutes, the pool was not going to be clean. In a few days it went from the spa to the pool. It wasn't a tiny bit and it should of never happened. You said you had a great accounting system and would email me my receipts, which you never did. I did send you my email.
