I had a very disappointing experience with this pool service. The pool guy left the water running, which caused my property to flood. Although he eventually canceled his service bill, I was still left with an additional balance on my water bill, and he never reimbursed me for it. No one was sent to inspect my home for moisture or possible water damage. Canceling the service bill did not address the stress, inconvenience, extra water charges, or potential damage caused by this mistake. I expected him to take full responsibility, reimburse the additional water costs, and arrange a proper moisture inspection. Unfortunately, that never happened. Almost cost me $1400 to replace something that wasn't even broken or the root problem...the issue was a damaged communication cable which I suggested he bring to test and he didn't b/c he wanted the bigger sale I assume. Communication via text stopped when I sourced the part he recommended myself for hundreds less than he was asking. I asked him to install it and he didn't appear to want to do it anymore - he asked where I got it, how much, warranty etc. which shouldn't matter if I pay for the part and pay your labor rate. All turned out to be a good thing as that wasn't the issue to start with! $150 service call and nothing fixed. I have used Daniel at Alpha few times over the last 15 years and prior to finding him I had problems that didn't get fixed right. If you want someone who is honest and does quality work you have found the right person. He will not take advantage of customers like some and he is busy enough that he is not trying to make a days wages on just one customer. Parts are expensive due to inflation. My hot tube was at 60 degrees after his dedicated efforts in a few short hours it was nearly 100 degrees. This is exactly why people call Daniel one of the best.
