I wasn't even able to use their services because they have very little knowledge of the law. They gave me incorrect information about bailing someone out without a GA license and told me basically all bail places work like that, and if I had listened I would have just given up thinking I couldn't do anything. They are very short and rude on the phone and don't allow you to ask necessary questions without getting an attitude, sometimes even hanging up on you. They seem very unhappy to do their jobs and not eager for business. I ended up calling "A 2nd Chance Bail Bonds" and from the call to the bail being posted it took about an hour or less (bailing out from the slowest jail in life is a different story) and they were actually pleasant to deal with. After comparing literally every bonding company provided on the Fulton County approved bonding companies, I came across Alpha Bonding and they have made all the difference. A man answered the phone who obviously worked for Alpha Bonding and wasn't just another answering service. I didn't have all the information I needed from my incarcerated friend, so he put me on hold and called the jail to get details for me. He told me my options, which included the least expensive flat payment of all the bonding companies, and then offered me financing if I didn't have it all at the time. After explaining my situation a little more, he made special arrangements that ended up saving me about $500. Not only that, but by the time I got there to fill out the paperwork, he had already called the bond in and was just waiting for Fulton County to release him. That is exceptional service.
