This place is a scam and once they found out my daughter was in a different state then us after her bond was paid they still had people calling us in different states before she was released saying she needed more money to be released and it had to be someone in the company because there was no other way to get our info and on top of the 1300 they got a additional 285 and tried to get another 150 but my daughter was released and called u right before it was sent!!!! so beware they will give people your information to scam you before your people are released!!! read more

After speaking to about 3 other bail places I finally found this one! From the moment I called the office they were so polite, professional and helpful. I had called the wrong office and the man who answered assured me he would get me to the right office and they would help and they sure did! I had been given way higher pricing and incorrect information about the process from other bail places and I was incredibly frustrated by the time I called here. Tenithia explained everything over the phone and started my process so it would be ready when I arrived. I was out of the office within a half an hour and she went immediately down to the jail to post the bail. She went during shift change and paperwork wasn't ready so she stayed and waited for about 2 hours in the parking lot and made sure everything was good before she left and explained everything to me. Contacted Daniel, owner of 2nd chance, BEFORE I turned myself in to Fulton County Jail to arrange bond. Took my money, NEVER bailed me out. No apology I called Daniel regarding a low-level misdemeanor I received and wanted to arrange bail before I turned myself in at 930pm on a Wednesday, hoping to get in and out as quick as possible. The owner, Daniel, said that 'William', his night employee, was VERY well connected at the jail and would have me out quickly. He took all my information and girlfriends information as she was going to fill out paperwork and pay the fee the moment I turned myself in. She went to the facility, paid, filled out all paperwork and was told she would receive a call from William. No phone call was ever received from William, he did not answer the phone once when I used my two phone calls to call his office. Previous to filling out paperwork, he told my girlfriend that he spoke to me and expressed that he could not bail me out which was a complete lie. He then back-pedaled and stated that he got me confused with someone else and that he would have me out with no problem. They never responded to her after her payment, never bailed me out and as a result I spent 30 hours of HELL in Fulton county jail from their mistake. I will go to all lengths to make sure that this company is off of the approved bail bond list at the jail and no one else has to suffer due to their unprofessionalism, blatant lies and deceit. read more
