Instead of replacing this brand new dresser, DS sent furniture repairman to our home to put support underneath and reinstall drawer guides. A month later, drawer guides failed again; DS sent equipment and told us it was no longer under warranty. Hated decorators taste, felt like everything was from a catalog, a Fingerhut catalog. $4K recliner came with Doritos in back so pretty sure it was sitting in a warehouse somewhere. There is a large gouge in our new dining room table which DS declined to address. Bed headboard came with black streak and bed base came with water stain. DS paid for rental of upholstery cleaner and cleaning solution. The ottoman purchased specifically for back problems is too short in comparison to the couch and the legs are missing. He posted in response on the FB page that he has no idea "who this crazy person is" posting on the FB page, yet sent me the following email: Jeffrey Spradlin d*****s***f******@i*****.com to me, k******. Lise, you dreadful ungrateful liar. You did not spend a nickel on any of the items that YOUR SISTER graciously purchased for you. My sister wanted to provide us a gift of furnishings and interior design services in our new home, during my retirement. She has used "K" for years in her own homes, even after K moved to GSF&D when her prior workplace closed doors. So my sister felt confident in engaging her services along with Jeffrey Spradlin at GSF&D to provide us with this gift. My sister paid all expenses that were incurred and billed: delivery fees, gas, food and lodging for all employees, including a rental car and flights home for K and her assistant. I am retired from my last career as an administrative assistant, providing 23 years of loyal service to NASA. I am not a leach, nor am I a miserable person. We have tried over and over to get the issues with our furniture resolved. Jeffrey has treated us poorly and has refused to make things right. I have given my sister updates over the months and she is beyond horrified at his latest response. Because it was a gift from my sister, Jeffrey expected me to be grateful for whatever was sent and not speak up. But I find that unfair to me and my sister. She did not get what she bargained for and it has been awkward to try and get things made right. I am grateful for my sister's generosity and my sister knows this many times over as I tell her this. My sister and K are left in the most awkward position from this business owner's lack of professionalism and integrity. I didn't even mention our new sofa in my original review. From the very outset, Eva Davis (and her assistant, James - as well as the rest of their crew) were unbelievably accommodating, making sure that we were perfectly satisfied with the choice of counter and when it would be installed. (The latter was a major key to the success our kitchen was having other items redone - on top of which our building was undergoing major renovations as well.) Due to unforeseen (construction) circumstances, the installation date had to be changed and Eva & company kindly and courteously moved it to meet our needs. Eva sent a very meticulous installer to our condo beforehand to measure and make a full-size wood-rib pattern to make sure the countertop could be cut to our specifications and fit into the smallish elevator! When the day of installation arrived, a very hard-working crew struggled a bit with the more than 800 pound countertop (two pieces), but managed to install it very efficiently. Their trim work was great...and the final outcome was as beautiful as we imagined. We could not be happier with the selection of granite, the care taken to meet our every need, and the courtesy extended each step of the way.

I competed the quote that I received from Roy against three other companies in the area, and only one of them came close in cost. And even at that, it really wasn't that close competition, because the quality of cabinet being offered by the other vendor was not nearly close to what Roy proposed. Roy will likely require a few weeks of lead time to order your cabinets, but the quality of craftsmanship and the quality of cabinet you are getting at a significantly discounted price is well worth the wait. He beat all of the others out with regards to quality he proposed, schedule for getting it all done, and especially on the cost aspect. Hands down, I would use Roy and Pinnacle cabinets for any of my future projects.
