What makes this place shine, however, is the helpful, earnest, and skilled staff. They've helped me sort out issues with international adapter/converters for my laptop, accessories for my new printer, a USB wifi for my MAC. Sometime soon, I'll address a damaged laptop (too cheap to repair) for which I'll ask SCR to transfer files. With every inquiry, they are helpful, direct, and efficient. I can't say enough for the service. It's also very nice that, because the staff is small, they tend to remember who I am and what the issues are with my poor, overworked & mishandled equipment.

E-Tech have accepted no responsibility for this and have refused to offer any robust explanation as to how this might have happened. Appalled with the costumer service from 511 tech solutions. Went in to get my iphone 5c screen…read morerepaired. Paid the cost to get it repaired. 2 days later, my phone fell from the couch from a hight of no more than 2 feet on to wooden floor and the screen cracked again. Having had iphones since they have been released I know the durability of the screens. This should not have happened. I then reenacted the exact fall of the phone with another iphone 5, knowing sure that the screen wouldn't crack and it didn't. Within an hour my phone was completely unusable, I couldn't open or close it. This would never happen with an original iphone screen. I arrived on monday morning to 511 tech solutions, and the person who deals with phone damage was not present. I then arrived back the following morning at 9.30am and the shop was closed. The shop was then finally opened 30 minutes late. When I explained what had happened with my phone, I was told I was going to have to pay 60 euro to fix the screen. I will never use tech solutions in future, the standard of their products are completely below par and their customer service is atrocious.

Honestly, I don't even bother anymore, I go straight to Printlines. I can email through my creative in the morning, and John will ensure it's delivered to my doorstep without any hassle by the afternoon. I had one occasion when the printing wasn't quite up to standard, but after inspection by John, the technique was changed, and a new set delivered on time again and free of charge, with no quibble. Instead of charging me those poncy prices, the guys let me print something off of the master computer and charged me peanuts for it. You got love the places where they aren't out to get you. I suggest you go as well. Clone Irl offers several different services. You can pop in and use the Internet or you can bring in your computer to be repaired. It also does virus removals and console repairs. They'll fix your broken PSP or Xbox. All prices are listed on their website. After they repair your electronics, they'll take the broken pieces and use them to decorate the shop. I'm only joking. I'm sure that the keyboards and tech thingies hung on the wall were not their former clients!

When I got my computer back it had an Irish cord on it, when I said it was not mine (I have an American laptop with an adapter) he got my cord and told me to keep the Irish one!
