Do not use this company for your CPA needs. This company is the accounting firm my home owners…read morechose to handle payments. They do not check their PO box regularly for mail, they will not accept certified mail, they cashed 3 checks and sent me a statement missing all 3 checks (over a 6 month time frame) and my last package (certified mail) has been sitting in their PO box for 30 days. I have had to incur $105 in cancelled check fees. This is more cancelled check fees in 2 years for one company than I have had in total for 15 years with my bank! Then you call and you get arrogant women on the phone who blame you for not writing the right address or the US mail; every excuse they can find! This company is the arm pit of the accounting world and if you have a choice, do some research and find a reputable company to handle your business NOT THIS ONE! I am only giving them 1 star because I have to, otherwise the mark I would give them would be in the red.
