The office refuses to send prior authorization for comprehensive services when Medicare gives $5000 a year for the implants, bridge and crowns and confirmed this was covered b4 my appt for the girl at fromt desk named Autumn is rude and acted tough behind her uniform lol she said she knows what's covered more than my insurance agent confirmed 3 times with Alexis from billing (who was professional each interaction). They need education on the difference between medicaid caesource and my generation Medicare plans but I will be going to my dentist just a further drive is all but I would never recommend this office after miss tough girl while at work mistreats those with medicaid and knows more than the agents do and they refuse to send off prior auths for bridges and implants! read more

I Have read all the negative reviews and they are all BS. Dr.Roh is very good and graduated with honors from OSU I have been coming here since they opened and have never ever had a negative experience as far as not being able to go back with your kids listen parents make dental treatments more harder for kids also this dental office is very busy and small Dr.Roh is constantly seeing patients so the more people back there makes it harder for them to care for their patients I would definitely take my kids to Dr. Roh Ive had fillings, crowns, root canals and extractions don't let bad reviews scare you this is a exceptional dental office. read more

I would not recommend this place at all!! I was coming here for 3 months and they did a lot of fillings on me I was there just this last Thursday and they did my upper right top filling, a few days go by and now I'm experiencing throbbing pain that is getting worse I can't barely sleep I'm in major pain I waited until today which is Monday to call because it was a Sunday and nobody was opened and I called them and the receptionist was very rude I told her I was having these problems and she proceeded to say "Oh can u come in tomorrow at 2pm" I said no bc I half to work all week long I won't have time then she hung up on me I called the second time and it was the same lady she told me what my availability is I said I'm open but I would like to come in now the lady said she would call me when they have the time! I ended up going to a completely different dentist in Ashland and they took me right in and they did an X-ray on my tooth and told me that Alpha dental did my feelings to deep and that it's hitting a nerve! And now I need a root canal not just one multiple bc they did the fillings way to deep and didn't tell me anything! Now I gotta live with this throbbing pain for a whole week just bc y'all didn't do ur job correctly!!! I also found out y'all lied too the other dentist I went too saying you guys did my whole mouth when in fact you guys did not! So thanks for messing up my teeth luckily I don't need any pulled! Also the lady whoever was doing my mouth was very rough with me and my gums! I also waited 30 mins for my appointment and waited longer in the back when I was numbed the numbing was going away so they ended up doing it twice bc the lady took way to long! Never again will I'll be coming back y'all lucky I didn't sue you! Also I ended up getting a nice infection in it so the other dentist had to give me antibiotics... lovely... read more

I was nervous about the dental procedure, and the dentist gave me no warning before going to numb my mouth. I instinctually blocked his hand. He refused to do the procedure and kicked me out, even though I assured him that I was fine and just needed him to communicate. My friends told me not to come to this place because they have had bad experiences here. And when I tell other people that this is my dentist, they gasp and say I should find another dentist. But I've love going here. The girls that work here are nice and dr. Hanson was pretty nice and professional. He made sure I knew everything that was going on with my teeth before he took my wisdom teeth out. When I woke up they said I did so well during surgery. Which was very comforting. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I drive 1hr 1/2 away to come here for oral surgery and my insurance denied the procedure and the office made it seem as if it was that they denied the procedure because they would t cover it... NO! My insurance says that they put in the wrong amount of anesthesia for the procedure as well as the wrong codes so that I can get treated. This lack of care should be known. Don't even have enough room to explain why this is such a horrible place. Rude staff, unorganized, FRAUDULENT, and don't expect a call of any sort. If they say they're going to do something, expect to have to do it on your own. Nothing but problems from this place and I only had 2 wisdom teeth extracted. read more

When I scheduled my appts for my children, they were very accommodating. My insurance changed and I did not think that they would take it so I called to cancel and they checked and said no worries - they accept this too. I asked them if they needed me to fill out any information or send them my card - 'no, we'll handle it when you get here'. Day of, they call 2 hours and ask for - not my card but the number of the insurance company - the phone number...lol. I show up and have the standard forms to fill out and they send me to the car to do so and said they'd send someone out to get us one at a time....40 minutes pass. I go in and ask why the wait - 'we're waiting on your paperwork'. I specifically asked 3 times before going to my vehicle - I will take this with me and you'll come and get us right? yes. yes. yes. I said that is not what you told me and the receptionists gets indignant and asks me what do I expect? They can't proceed without my paperwork....at that point I said don't bother and your customer service skills absolutely suck. I cannot believe how bad customer service can be let alone the horrible communication - negative 5 on this place if I could! read more

Alpha dental preformed a wisdom extraction and a deep cleaning on me. Both times were absolutely outstanding. Quick and pleasant as could be. I had Adriana for the deep cleaning, excellent conversationalist and very efficient at the task. I would absolutely go back to Alpha dental again. read more

I went to my surgery and they were CLOSED! They even called to confirm my appointment at 4:30 p.m. the pervious day. They do not call you back and barely answer the phone. If you put your name on the list for them to call you if they have a cancelation, don't expect a call. They are unorganized, rude, and lack the basics skills of a dentist.
