Not only did they NOT do that properly, they also insulted me quite a few times! I understand that I am older, and my teeth are not as chipper as they used to be in my younger years. But that is NO excuse to treat me like the dirt on the bottom of your shoe! My dentist was incredibly rude, insulting how I looked and claiming it was just a passing comment. Tsk. Tsk. I mentioned my husband Enrique during my visit, I was almost immediately judged and nearly shamed. I get it, it's not everyday you come across a proud, old, gay man. But what does shaming me for my pride have to do with cleaning my teeth? I feel like this is just poor treatment for someone my age, and my type. The office was beyond horrible, sure, a nice layout for the building. But the managers and office workers were INCREDIBLY rude. I felt like I should have been ashamed for wanting my teeth taken care of! This whole shabang of a business feels shabby, sketchy, and scam-filled. I've seen many others mention how they just milk you of your money for NO reason! I went to another dentist for the same thing and got it 80% cheaper than what these humbugs had their prices at. The Office Manager was rude to me once when I needed to reschedule an appointment for a cleaning and dental exam. She basically scolded me as if I were a chil. The partial dug up into my upper gum line making it very painful when I wore it with my lower denture in, which by the way, no matter how much and many different kinds of adhesive I used, and invested in, I never even made it 1/4 of the way into my meal or even a beverage. At my last cleaning and exam in Spring of 2025, I was told by a technician that is why they push their patients to get implants. Wow. My denture was warrantied for 8 years, even though it didn't matter because the dentist told me there was nothing else they could do to help make my denture fit properly except for implants which still would not solve the problem of creating a solid seal and a strong seal. Last August I found a small family dentistry miles away from Wooster and their priorities are patient care, kindnes, concerns, questions, and all around a wonderful experience with an Exceptional Dentist and a Wonderful entire Staff! Wnen my new dentist she saw the denture made by Aspen very poorly and stated that the denture and partial would have never fit comfortably and correct , because the denture was poorly made and was too large for my mouth. Enough said. My new Family Dentistry treats me like family and is not about taking your money which is what I went through with Aspen Dental in Wooster. The entire process at my new Family Dentistry was done very thoroughly and Aspen did not do half of the work as my new dentist did for me. I love my new entirely natural and beautiful smile and most of all, I can finally eat pretty much everything I wasn't able to eat with the old denture and partial. My new Dentist is wayyy more up to date with the entire process from start to finish when creating dentures that fit properly. People, please beware of these "Large Dental Corporations" Aspen totally made me unhappy, and they do not honor and hold true to their "Slogen/Mission Statement. in essence, overall Aspen Dental in Wooster, Ohio screwed me COMPLETELY over. I shall never set foot in that place ever agai. Sad But Very True. Period.

When I had my implant placed he was very concerned and kept in touch with me to make sure things had gone as planned. I can honestly say I did not have a minute's trouble with a procedure that had me a bit concerned. What a pleasant surprise to have the whole procedure be as simple as having a filling placed. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Fiorita.
