I had 2 other people on my policy that I needed removed. Brian however refused to take them off my policy said they had to be on their parents policies (which wasn't an available option) and offered me no assistance on how to fix my situation. Every hoop he gave me to get them off I jumped through and every time I did he came up with another excuse to not let them off (I'm guessing because it significantly dropped my premium and he didn't want to give up that $$) With that being said I called Progressive myself, the woman on the line there told me every thing he said was a lie and that unless you are under investigation on a claim you can add or remove people at any time. So the woman there took the other 2 people off and switched my agent!!

Broken windshield, dented hood and roof, and mechanical damage as well. The claims experience is great. I had rental car coverage and had a car the same day. This kept me on the road until the windshield was repaired. I waited until school was out to do the other repairs. All went well. I carry auto, homeowners, and umbrella coverage through Amica. I'm beginning to shop for service through other carriers, so we will see if that produces savings and a better online experience. The past two years I have had to personally manage all the billing as they continually screw up application of amounts due and paid. If they intend to retain my business they better improve their portal tools quickly.
