My car sat for weeks before a tow even came out, let alone any plans for how to fix it. I would never have expected a major insurance company to put me through this. I wish I never switched from GEICO. This was hell. Not only that but the shop they took my car to scratched my car, chipped my mirror in 2 places and gave it back to me with a non-functioning window on top of all that. And when I tried to get them to fix it they said the insurance would need to take ANOTHER deductible fee because what the shop did is separate from the initial crash. I'm considering filing a small claim against Calliber Collision, State Farm's "preferred" shop. And as for State Farm, I'll be switching from them soon. Any other company would be better than this. They are the WORST.

Saved big bucks with different insurance company. Nationwide entered the date of insurance change wrong (whose typo ? doesn't matter). The DMV said I had a lapse in my insurance. It took this office several weeks to correct it. The DMV threatened to take my plates and at the 11th hour after I called the corporate office repeatedly, it was finally escalated. The local office should have escalated it after the first week. It was finally corrected, I believe more because of what I did than what they did. So more than once I was frustrated by slow weak action.
