Terrible customer service, call numerous times on different days . Never picks up , just picked up once the first time I call and he never got back to me and also left several voice mails and he never got back to me! I mean maybe he does good work but just giving my experience about his customer service Update: They got back to me finally, the gentlemen were very nice and polite and very good work they do. I would recommend them to anyone needing some good window cleaning , I had some really hard water spots on the windows that been there for years and they got them right out. It's great when you can support a local business. It's even better when they actually do great work, and are super-nice guys as an added bonus. We were getting ready to put our house on the market, so we needed help quickly, and we needed the job done right. We had them power wash our house and concrete (a lot of it) and do the windows on our 3,000 square foot home (with a million windows in it). They actually split the job over two days. I asked them to hit a couple concrete spots again the second day just to see if more would come off, and they did so happily and thoroughly.
