Dwayne is the most professional nurse ever! He knows more than most doctors. My doctor told me to get an infusion but didn't tell me where to get it. I did some homework and found the amazing Dwayne. He did some research, which I am so grateful for...and found that he had to acquire a particular device in order to do my procedure safely. The most disappointing thing is that my doctor and my pharmacy never even mentioned this device. And had Dwayne not been the well qualified and cautious nurse that he is, God knows what could have happened. Really to say...that as long as you are dealing with Dwayne, you are in SAFE and trained good hands! He is also really funny and tells some good jokes! Alpha Hydration Services saved the day! I allowed myself to get dehydrated while traveling, and when I got home I was so sick I couldn't even hold down Pedialyte. Alpha Hydration Services responded quickly, were great with communication and were at my door fast. Once the IV was in my arm, I came back to life. I went from being barely able to move, to sitting up and chatting. I don't know what I would have done if they hadn't come. A few weeks ago I got back to LA from a very long work trip that including a lot of flying and being off schedule and not eating so healthy. When I finally got home I was feeling run down and very sluggish. I called Alpha Hydration because they are close to where I work and stopped in for an IV to get my body hydrated and my energy back up to normal. Dwayne was the one that helped me out and even though people take a few times to get my vein, he did it so fast and easy that I did t feel and thing! Excellent professional service with Kyme. I was having a bad hangover, dehydrated, and nauseated, can't drink any liquid to rehydrate myself.
